I had a relieving and positive experience today thanks to the manager, Sam, and her amazing team. I came in just satisfied with the service, but Sam went above and beyond by kindly apologizing for an issue I had during a previous visit and generously compensating for it. Her graciousness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and completely changed my experience. I also want to give a big shout-out to her team for being friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for Sam and her team’s generosity and the way everything was handled. This is the kind of leadership and teamwork that keeps customers coming back.

Awful experience here. My serving size was for sure minimized by the extremely rude employee that took care of my order. I have no idea what her problem is but I know I didn’t make her pick her job. It’s not my fault. Will be contacting chipotle and discussing my full refund. It was beyond uncomfortable. Pictures to come. Does your medium salsa always have a hint of brown to it? I tried moving the food around to find the steak that barely exists. Or is this normal as well?

This Chipotle just opened up and it looks pristine inside. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive! I came here because I had to leave my car at the shop and it was within walking distance. I told my story of how I had to walk in the snow and my car being out of commission to the girl making my meal. When I went to pay for my meal, the cashier told me it was on the house and that she hopes my day gets better. I couldn’t believe it! I almost cried. This Chipotle went above and beyond for this customer and I’m so grateful for that. What a great crew!

Chipotle is Chipotle. We came in around quarter to 9 PM and they were already trying to close up. Um, hours are posted that they close at 10 PM. I’m not sure why they’re being lazy and trying to go home early. There was another customer that came in after us. Usually, I go to Taco Maya, which is a little further down. Their customer service is better and they don’t try to close early. Food at Chipotle was decent.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle at this location. My husband and I ordered two bowls, and both were half empty with barely any meat. We ended up paying almost $40 for what felt like a very skimpy meal. This isn’t the quality I expect from Chipotle. The guy serving our bowls did a terrible job, barely putting anything in them. I hope they can improve their portion sizes and ensure customers get their money’s worth.

Do not try to use these awful people for catering. I ordered for a work event last week yesterday without even calling me they emailed me our order was cancelled. When I first called I was told someone called to cancel WRONG. I called back and was told they didn’t have any drivers. I reordered for pickup and at 7am they called me to say they didn’t have enough staff. I was then forced to scramble to find another venue.

My wife and I love Chipotle but this location was one of the worst experiences we’ve encountered!! The manager had attitude when I let them know our order was messed up! The eye rolling and talking under their breaths was so rude! We will not be coming back to this specific one. No apologies nor accountability. The male name was Emilio and the woman’s name started with an S. I don’t remember her name sorry.

Clean, well maintained. Staff were very responsive and nice. A good Chipotle location. I like mixing the steak and sufritas in my burrito, it feels like the perfect balance between protein and fiber. Chipotle overall feels healthier than most texmex eateries out there.
