Been visiting on Saturday morning and it’s a nice place to jump online. Food is alright. Not a huge fan of the sandwiches but they are ok. I’d recommend the pastries and bagels. Coffee is decent, it’s drip coffee.

Used to be alot better before the company was bought out by yet another food conglomerate that cares more about profits than customer satisfaction. Portions are smaller, cheaper ingredients are used, nothing is baked on-site anymore. It is shrinkflation at its finest, and you can bet the cost of a cookie is at an all time high. Just another failure of Late Stage Capitalism. Do not question the process, just consume product.

The service was great. It was just that it could use a little bit of an update inside, and some cleaning around the tables, one of the tables that I was sitting at waiting for my food, it was all greasy and sticky, it just seems like it doesn’t keep up-to-date on the cleaning.

In my opinion, the worst location in the Columbus area. Consistently will forget items off your order if ordering through a courier service. Food is sloppier than if made from other locations. Takes multiple call attempts just to get someone to answer any quality issues or concerns. 0/10 recommend this location. It is always more worthwhile to make the extra distance to another location than dealing with this place.

Chicken chipotle avocado sandwich was the best with house blend dark roast coffee which was freshly brewed. There is outdoor seating. Parking is available around the restaurant. Service is good.

I ordered delivery from this place and I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I am. I spent $37 on a meal and they did not include my sandwich the French onion soup did not have bread in it and I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and there was not one drop of lemon flavor in the cup. The only thing they got right was the cookies and they were half stale. I will never order from this place again. When I contacted the store while I was offered was a refund on my sandwich which was $9 and apologies. I don’t have transportation so I was unable to get back to the store and so I was stuck with a lukewarm bowl of soup that was not complete and a cookie for dinner. Never. Order. Again.

These are pictures of the huge piece of avocado skin in my sandwich which the manager made for me (approx. half a coffee cup bottom.) I almost ate it but noticed a bright black spot under a big hole in the bread. The red on the avocado is not sauce.
I have noticed at this location the food is very inconsistent, even down to the chipotle sauce. They (90%) do not give me my drink cup and I have to ask someone. Their pick up system is inefficient, depending on what you order, you have to go to one of three places and navigate other customers while carrying your food.
I do not like the customer “service” here except the man (with the big dreds (?)) is very nice. I don’t appreciate being stared at by all four employees who are on the line whose heads swivel like lemmings as I walk by (peripheral vision.) P.s. I was very nice to you all, anyway.

Edit: I ordered a deluxe family meal – no quart of soup, no whole baguette, wrong cookies, no dressing for salad (was terrible without it.) Only correct thing – sandwiches.

The cashier was great but this salad is definitely not! Why do restaurants think it is okay to serve lettuce that looks like this? Can I get me a decent salad anymore?
