What a quaint little grotto! This Subway is located in a very small building with a very small dining area, reminiscent of a hole in the wall big city diner. The flow of traffic isn’t very smooth as the front door opens into basically the end of the serving line, so you have to weave past other customers to get in line to order. The food was good, prepared fresh, and staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Oh yeah, actually I did. Ate there 2 days in a row

Ordered from the online app to get my sandwiches at a certain time. They are never ready when I get there, and I have to wait for them to be made. This is usually when I have given them an hour to have them made. It’s very frustrating. Also, many people park in the handicap parking spot that are not handicapped.

We showed up the four of us probably 30 minutes before closing time. This poor woman young girl actually was by herself because of close to closing time and the other person already clocked out and went home. Well needless to say while we’re making our order and it’s not an easy order cuz we’re all different. The poor Subway girl the whole restaurant front end filled up and had people waiting behind us. She was remarkable our sandwiches were good and she kept a good positive attitude the whole time we were there with us and the other customers. She deserves a raise I gave her a good tip but she deserves a raise. This was the subway in Hugoton Kansas if I go through there late at night I’ll definitely stop and eat there again like I said it was delish and the service was great. I haven’t had that type of service since the 70’s

THE BEST!! The two ladies could not do enough for us ladies who were hungry and wanted to try out new stuff. They were very cheerful, helped with suggestions and we were rewarded with great food and left very satisfied. Thank You Ladies!!!
