Great coffee and very well-made pastries. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or generic. The coffee was smooth and well balanced, and the pastries were flaky and flavorful without being overly sweet. It’s the kind of place you can stop into casually or sit and enjoy without feeling rushed. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate quality coffee and baked goods done right.

I’ve been a customer of Colada Cuban Bakery since day one, and for a long time, we loved this place. Unfortunately, the quality and service have completely gone downhill.

My most recent visit was the final straw. The fries were not fully cooked, and my Cuban steak sandwich was horrible—it had paper thin steak I’ve ever seen, arrived hard and cold (dinning in) churrasco wrap was horrible not fully cooked

To make matters worse, the customer service is horrible. Every time you ask a question, the staff never has an answer; it’s always just a dismissive ‘I don’t know.’ It’s disappointing after being let down repeatedly, I’m officially calling it quits.

I’ve been coming here since the beginning and the food used to be so good. I’m not sure what happened but the quality has definitely gone down, extremely greasy food!!!!! burnt bacon to the point where my husband who never complains had to say something because it was black and charred (not sure why they would even think that was ok to serve) French toast BURNT we took a bite into it and the oil started gushing out… Turkey sausage oil dripping out, eggs the same. So disgusted. Do not recommend.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is super cute! But I am always honest when I write my reviews. I’ve been coming here for years, and the past visits the service has been absolutely terrible. From the people behind the register, to the people bringing the food to our table, all were RUDE. They had a bad attitude, basically threw our food on the table, were unapproachable and looked like they hated being there. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they even burnt my croissant because they forgot I ordered it. It’s a shame because I don’t think I’ll be going back there despite the food being so good. If you’re in customer service, make sure you’re nice, it goes a long way!

Amazing staff, amazing food and amazing restaurant.

Love their concept. This was my first visit and for sure won’t be the last.

I ordered the churrasco sandwich with a side of yuca fries and a cafe con Leche….and let me tell you, that sandwich was DELICIOUS! The seasoning on that steak was perfect.

I wish I had the option to specify the meat temperature (I’m a medium rare guy), but this was not a dealbreaker. I enjoyed the heck out of that meal.

The yuca fries…just regular yuca fries. Nothing special.

The coffee was fantastic. Strong, robust flavor with the perfect amount of sugar.

The place is super clean and organized, full of locals, which tells you how good their food is.

Their food prices? Average for the area. And oh, yes, I will be back.

I don’t know how much you can improve the humble breakfast sandwich, but this place did it. Every part of it was phenomenal and the chai latte was epic (not super sweet which is a plus for me). The bread especially stood out to me since rarely am I eating something and think the bread is one of the best aspects. But here it was! Atmosphere was nice, I ate outdoors. If I’m in the area, I’d love to come again!

Love this place !!!
The food is pretty consistent.
I got an avocado chicken wrap, which I recommended. My only thing is they need to evenly spread out the ingredients, because I tend to get a solid few bites of just wrap and avocado with nothing else haha.
All the chicken was at the bottom.

The food is awesome! Not gonna lie, but the service could improve. Most staff don’t see to have critical customer service skills like a simple greeting and acknowledging people presence.

Besides that place is awesome!

Good coffee, too

Good mix of classic cuban food and modern cuisine.

4 starts!

I have been coming to this place for a very long time, but recently the food quality has come down drastically…

1. Mahi bowls gone, they used to give really tasty Mahi fish bowls, now they substitute it with “sway” usually means cheap Tilapia for the same price.

2. Classic Frita – Frita means usually ground beef AND ground chorizo, these new fritas dont have any taste of chorizo whatsoever, i think the word chorizo is only on the name might as well call it a burger.

Feels they are cutting a lot of cost in food quality while maintaining the same price, not great for the location is it at.
