Simple order. Wanted an Apple Pecan salad and use the coupon offer for 1$ off the chicken sandwich. Pulled to the window and the cashier said it wasn’t working. I replied okay can I try another coupon (free 6pc nuggets w/purchase). She goes on to tell me that I need points to use the offers and tells her manager to come try it. I show her the code and same story. As the “situation” progresses they are both getting agitated with me over telling them that “you don’t need points to redeem an offer, that’s only for rewards” till I finally give in to pay for it all. When I asked to just change the order back to the original, they both started yelling at me then tossed my bag out and slammed the window. I’ve worked in fast food in highschool and college. I’ve also used the Wendy’s app a lot before this incident. NONE OF THIS INTERACTION WAS RIGHT ON THEIR PART. I had pulled up to check my order and receipt and not only is the receipt not in the bag, but the manager smashed/balled up the sandwich so bad before putting it in the bag it’s got finger indents and a deformed. I guess the oral of the story for me is give up on decent service at Wendy’s.

Fast food is going down hill across the board. The carbonation in the soda machine is off and in the soda is bitter. This is happening in many different fast food I don’t know if it’s intentional and they’re trying to save money. I’m m giving up fast food.

I have to say, I come to this place pretty often and I am very impressed with the service that I received here. Even when they’re busy, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. It also seems fairly modern even though it’s been a while since it’s been updated. There’s a little sitting area with a fireplace and everything. There’s an outside seating area, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody sit there. There’s decent parking and the dining area is separated into multiple sections so even when it’s pretty crowded, it still isn’t very loud.

I go to this location all the time but today the lady at the window was very rude with a nasty attitude. After we placed the order and got to the window she states that what I ordered was not on her screen so she couldn’t proceed. I am very disappointed with the service today. I didn’t even get my food. If you not in the mood for customers please go home and let someone work!

So unimpressed. The lady taking our order literally yelled at us as we asked for clarification about the menu. She was very rude and wouldn’t even look at us when we came up to the window. And she got our order wrong. We will not be back.

I barely remember any problems, classic fast food restaurant experience, all food is great but known for running out of frosties. Have both inside and outside seating. Neutral on the breakfast have to see about that.

horrible customerservice!!! the lady that work( Cashier name KAYLIN) at night shift the 26 of October of 2024 from 3:00 am she didn’t want to make uber order at all saying that her systemwas out and that she didn’t got the food order. Once I pull to the window she magically had the tickets of the orders. No good with they lie she was really racist since I’m not white or black. No happy with that she made me wait 30 min to make my order and adding more to the situation she hadle the order with disrespect telling me to not to come to her store no more and that if I can’t wait for the order to be made I could leave. I’ll be contacting corporate for this kind of service. I can’t believeyou guys hire racist people. Really disappointed. wow

Got my order wrong. Bad attitudes. Walked away as I was trying to hand her the bag THAT WAS WRONG. tried to force me to pull up and wait because I was told they had no burger Pattie’s ready. A place where they serve burgers. Mind you I waited in line for 20’mjn at least. Waste of time. She seemed to be the manager. And I just can’t fathom HOW

Second time going and was told they had no mayo packets then made me pull up and wait for a side of mayo even though there were no cars behind me. To give me a bacon double stack with literally a half a slice of bacon. WHY?

We wanted to have dinner at Wendy’s and ordered from a young woman who either didn’t listen to us or didn’t understand what we were saying. She gave us the wrong meals at first. After calming down my group—who were understandably upset—we placed the order again, this time making it absolutely foolproof, even showing pictures to make things clear. This time the order was correct.

Someone even asked us if the previous order had been wrong, and we confirmed that it was. But not a single gesture of goodwill followed—no apology, no discount, not even a free drink. Nothing.

The staff was simply rude and indifferent. And to top it off, the burgers were cold.

For nearly $40, we definitely expected more. Disappointing experience.
