I visit this Starbucks frequently and the consistency of not just the food and drinks but the energy and the smile when you’re greeted is amazing. The manager Adrian in particular is by far the best. If I didn’t have a job already I’d probably be trying to work there because of her. You can tell the staff is very happy which helps the operation run very smoothly.

To be honest I always go here to buy my drinks but lately I’ve noticed that the coffee taste watered down and I understand the baristas are sometimes really busy but for me I don’t find it worth spending $7 on a drink that’s flavorless and unappetizing.

This Starbucks is so amazing!
I went to a Starbucks location in the south suburbs where they ran out of chai and suggested another choice but it was coffee. I was unaware until I began to take a sip and I was no longer near the location.
I came to this location and they immediately asked “how was I and what’s wrong?” The attentiveness and concern was so appreciative. I told them my situation and they offered to make me a Chai Latte, no ifs, ands, or buts. It brighten my day so much! They made sure it tasted right to my perfection AND IT WAS! I couldn’t stop smiling. I had to write a review. 10/10 service! I will definitely be going here more often when en route to work.

I go here whenever we visit the zoo or are nearby. My drinks are always made very well. Today, I stopped by and was disappointed in my drink, so I called and asked if I could get it remade. When I got to the window, the barista wanted to make sure I was happy with my drink! Awesome service.

So they lock the front door for “a spill” that will take 10mins to clean up a coordinating to the girl who answered the phone. And no sign was put up. I told her you should put a sign up and i was told she was about to up a sign. It’s the fake the way she say it. Customers walking away because no sign was up. And two things trying to order and they said they didn’t have anymore. So if you run out of lemonade you don’t make anymore? And a grill cheese you ran out of cheese and bread interesting! And the best part they give my husband the wrong drink!!!!!!!!!!!! He wanted mango not passion fruit but was told the drink has mango

Have been a regular for almost 3yrs. This place used to be the best location around but now they’ve moved the regular staff. New staff are children who are not only rude but cannot get an order correct, will be looking for a new location after having to walk in the rain from the next parking lot over due to them giving me the wrong drink. Please provide training and customer service training to these ignorant children

I am very upset with Starbucks and Uber today they messed up my order I ordered four drinks and I only received two I am not happy with the service today I was credited 5 bucks for an order that was over 40 dollars this is not fair now Starbucks is informing me that they cannot help me because it was a Uber eats order this is jus unacceptable and the store manager was rude to me over the phone I do understand that this is now an Uber Issue but being the fact that I was at work I can’t just get on my phone whenever I want and it’s very difficult to contact an actual person with Uber I was hoping that the start bucks management would help me with the issue they Continue to inform me that I would have to take it up with Uber knowing that I just told him that Uber only credit me five dollars back
