The food was decent, the ice cream made the day. The pizza was it little too cheesy, but okay. The Ferrero Ice Cream was delicious. The waiters were pretty good, and cared for us during the time. The food felt a little fancy for its quality. Not bad. I would get a spaghetti, stay away from the pizza unless you really love cheesy items.

The restaurant is decently size, and their Patreon’s are exquisitely welcoming. Food is based on Italian cuisine while the Chef seems to know his trade very well. We didn’t have any reservations, but they were able to accommodate us relatively quick. Food was delicious and well presented, our pallets delighted. Definitely a very convenient stop if you are in the mood of a break from delicious Mexican food.

I thought about stopping by here to get a change of food scenery and I specifically wanted some desserts while waiting for desserts. I got snackish and I wanted to order a margarita pizza and when I got the pizza it wasn’t your traditional Marguerite pizza it was more common pizza like with a topping of tomatoes. It wasn’t too bad but I would still feel the need for having a traditional Mari pizza as it believe the flavor would’ve been better however, it was still decent to snack on while I was waiting for the desserts for dessert. I ordered the Panna cotta, the assorted variety of cannolis and the tiramisu. The Panada was a nice refreshing berry flavor I would say will be perfect for the nice hot weather can I can say tasted of the same flavors with only small differences. But my favorite I would say is easily the tiramisu. The tiramisu was a nice traditional tiramisu that I believe will be the best you will find in Cancun the flavors are traditional and they are not the flavoring of Mexican chocolate. I would go back again specifically just for this tiramisu

Disappointed…the best part of the meal was the bottled wine since it was sealed, hence the photo.
The calamari was rubbery and dried. We order two pasta dishes with parmigiana chicken, and the other with fish. Both pasta werecold, the chicken parmigiana appear to be from a frozen food package, it was dried and flaking off no cheese…(even my local diner has a better presentation). The fish was warm, but still appeared from a frozen food section.
We order a tiramisu for dessert, disappointed as the tiramisu was served in a cup, similar to a shooter, the tiramisu was all cream with a hard waffle cookie on top.
We asked to speak to the chef; his expression was non existent, and his response was let me know when you come next time to make it up….we could take this response two ways ♀️
We paid our full meal; tipping the waiter and left.

The experience – When you make a reservation, the expectation is to have your whole party seated together unless you are told it can not be accommodated. This was not the case, and our party was split up. When we asked to be seated on the table next to us, which could hold us all, the waiter was very rude and very harshly told us no. The bigger table sat empty the entire rest of our meals.
The Food – Not surprised, it was mediocre at best. Besides the appetizers and wine we ordered, the food is nothing to brag about. To top it off, the one dessert requested was not available, and it was only 8 pm (they open at 6 pm). Out of the 9 meals ordered, not one of us could say it was a good tasty meal. I didn’t take pictures of the bland food.
I recommend Hacienda Sisal for at least of of your vacation meals. Wonderful atmosphere, and the food there was superb.
