Our story started off as a tearoom called Tiffany’s Tea Room that served exotic teas and hand-crafted sandwiches. When the coffee boom occurred, we expanded by offering coffee options and rebranded. From there, the Sip was born and ever since we have served coffee, teas, and food for the local communities to enjoy.

An usual spot from Crown Point but it works well. Especially being located in the town square. The food came hot and fresh. I had the Pepper and Egg melt and it was on fire! Even though the menu said scrambled egg, it was served fired. The Fight Club Lattee is true it’s name and I will discuss how delicious it was… LOL

A very nice outing! I got the Candy Cane Lane and it came in a cute little mug. It was also jazz night when I went which definitely added to the experience. 10/10, would recommend!

We were visiting the area and missed lunch, so were looking for someplace to grab a quick bite. Thought we’d take a chance and try this place and were not disappointed. Extensive food menu and reasonable prices, and excellent service and atmosphere to boot. And the menu options are not run of the mill sandwiches and salads, but rather things you don’t see every day, like the jalapeno popper grilled cheese I ordered. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the hot chocolate my wife got.
My biggest disappointment was not coming here earlier in the day so we could fully enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace. Now that I know this is an option, I’ll definitely return when in the area.

This place is genuinely one of my favorite places to eat and be. It’s a safe space to spend time in, the staff are always lovely, sometimes there’s live music, and it’s not obnoxiously bright like a lot more corporate places. It feels like you’re visiting a friend and the food, tea, and coffee are always amazing. My favorite order is a London fog with oatmilk and The Hobbit without bacon.

I don’t live in The Region anymore but still go to visit family, and I always go to Sip for coffee and breakfast! The lattes are awesome, as are the bagel sandwiches, oatmeal, and other breakfast sandwiches. The employees are friendly and kind, and the owner has made Sip a unique and wonderful spot. You’ve gotta try it!

Extensive coffee menu with lots of fun flavor combinations! I had the Honey Bee Latte and loved it. Also a great breakfast and lunch menu. We enjoyed the chicken salad, breakfast grilled cheese, and The Hobbit BLT – all were delicious on artisan bread and came with a side of pasta salad. We sat outside and our service was okay. I would eat here again!

Really fun place for a quick lunch date. We loved the vibe, the art, the music, the decor and of course the drinks. I had a Chai latte with notes of licorice, and my daughter had a banana foster latte. So yummy. We also ordered a salad and sandwich – delicious!

Used to be my favorite latte spot. Has fallen off in a big way over the last year. Keep wanting it to be good but haven’t had a good drink in well over a year. Somehow always manage to come out dull and tasteless at this location specifically. Hobart and highland locations are still 5 star btw and I order the same drinks so I don’t understand what happened…

It was really busy, so we got our stuff to go. Great drinks and pastries! Very cute inside.
Went again and were able to sit inside and have coffee and eat.
I had The Hobbit sandwich, but my hub had the lemon rice soup.
My sandwich was soooo good!!! Hub said the soup wasn’t lemony enough for his taste.
Great atmosphere, great service and it’s so cute!
