The food was good but the guy taking my order and he was the only guy was catching an attitude. I asked him if there was ice cream today you know to be courteous because sometimes the machine is broken. He said yes……? What type of ice cream do you want naming everything on the menu with an attitude. I get it I should’ve just asked. But then I asked him for 4 whoppers and for medium fries. He said sure…. Even though whoppers only come in one size?. I was like no I’m taking about the fries. The dude seemed miserable idk why he is putting it out on me. I’ve worked in fast food I get it but I’ve never acted with attitude and with a smart mouth. Burger King please train this guy to be more professional.

Robert, who was working drive thru tonight, thought it was his job to chastise me the customer tonight about having my coupon clipped and ready for him as I apparently inconvenienced HIM. He glared at me and wouldn’t even hand me my change as I was trying to tear it for him. He was incredibly rude. I have just spent an entire week running in between hospice, the University of Washington hospital, Seattle, Olympia, and Shelton. I haven’t had a decent meal in a week solid, and it wasn’t like I even expected this to be AND it wasn’t. I have NEVER had a hot meal from this Burger King ever, but at least before the service was decent. Until now. This man was a jerk for basically no reason

Didn’t eat here… gave it a 1 ⭐ because something felt very off when I walked in. I can’t honestly say what exactly it is… But, I literally turned around and left. I’m sure it won’t be an issue for others but for me, bad vibes are usually something spiritual related in nature. Or something very bad happened on that spot in it’s history. I listen to my gut when it speaks. I won’t be back.

Orders are always cold, and old. Even if you ask for fresh. They cannot get “no pickles”‘ means 0! Or extra mayo means slight, but they’ll slather it on both sides of the bun. Order onion rings are half filled with fries and cold!

I ordered a fish sandwich and onion rings. I asked for some extra tartar sauce to have with my rings. The counter guy said he couldn’t do that, then the manager came up and said she didn’t have a container to put it in. I said ” just put some in the ring container”. She said ‘ no can’t do that “‘. So so much for the ” Have it your way ” slogan.
By the way I’ve been to other bk’s. And they were happy to give up the tartar.

No diet soda at the fountain. Guy said they were out if most syrups. Ordered fries and couldn’t figure out what the weird “seasoning” was. Turns out the grease is so dirty it left debris all over my fries. They looked dirty like they were dropped on the ground. Do better. B.K.
