17DEC25. Ordered a chicken strip basket. Very respectfully asked for ketchup to be put in a gravy container because I hate tear aways. My request was acknowledged and affirmed. Received order, there were only tear away packets. The kicker… there were also tear away ketchup packets thrown into my actual food. I found this completely unsanitary and unprofessional considering my request was acknowledged and affirmed. Ketchup packets are handled by who knows how many people, and then carelessly tossed into my basket full of food. Gross.

I just paid $16 for this… these are not chicken strips these are nuggets and this is ridiculous. And with about 10 frys?? There’s no reason why they charge this much for such an awful quality and quantity. Do better.

Overall a satisfactory experience. Clearly they have new staff. There was like 5/6 people in the back and no customers. The cashier had limited knowledge of the menu prices. No one smiled or appeared like they were enjoying their day at all. The lobby & bathrooms were clean. The fries were not fresh, but the chicken was good. B+

Had just driven over two hours from San Antonio and had a craving for delicious ice cream. The wife and I both. But as we entered the very clean store, an elderly lady and three of her (we assume) grandkids beat us to the counter. We just knew we had a long wait as they ordered what seemed a TON of items. But nope. Literally, maybe 4 mins after we ordered our delicious strawberry malt and banana split treats, we were met outside the counter with a beautiful smile and warm wishes in the remainder of our day as we eagerly accepted our goodies and went on our way. And guess what? The nice lady and those kids had their table full of treats before we did, and looked to be well enjoying them as well!
Thank you DQ. From San Antonio to Killeen and all across America for keeping us smiling and doing it with style and speed!

I went to have a banana split and do some work. The lady forgot to make my sundae so I had to walk and remind her which didn’t bother me but what I don’t like is the fact that she was on phone while taking people’s order. The GM, was sitting down talking to a friend of his the whole time. I guess that’s just the way things are these days. The good thing was that the restaurant was empty so it didn’t really matter!

I ordered a strawberry sundae and to be honest, I don’t think the person knew what they were doing. I ended up with a lump of ice cream with strawberry juice and cream running down the sides of the cup. I had to clean it up just to hold it.

Me and my wife went by today I ordered the Blizzard of the month. When the girl haded me the blizzard she did NOT turn it upside down when I mentioned this to her she closed the window and walked away. After looking at the blizzard it was obvious why she did NOT turn it upside down because it was so runny it would of fell on the ground.

The points Scanner isn’t working so I couldn’t earn points on purchase. And the cashier and the cook had no clue what to do. They said i could scan my receipt afterwards. That’s incorrect. They need more training on that maybe? I could have entered my phone number but they didn’t tell me too and i didn’t know until afterwards. Very annoying. Also the fountain machine doesnt work.
I got two toasted buns instead of REAL texas toast. We probably won’t be back to this specific location. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Also, There’s a dirty fan on the counter.
