The staff at the Mansfield store on Debbie Ln & Matlock just made my entire day! Whenever I patronize the business I get the same drink (matcha frap). A couple of times they have missed adding a key ingredient, which makes the drink taste differently. That happened last Wednesday. I called, and was told they would replace it. I went to the store on Friday for the replacement with no issues. I went through the drive thru on Saturday, ordered my same drink, and had no issues. As I pulled to the window to pay on Saturday, Chad acknowledged me, again apologizing for Wednesday (they had already rectified the mistake). Today (Monday), I ordered the same drink, but this time I had it delivered. Look at the message on the cup! They continue to show great integrity! Not only did I get this message, they also upgraded my drink! To think that I’m just a name behind the drive thru window or deliver app, yet to really be SEEN has blown me away! I pray God’s blessings for these individuals, because THIS is customer service!!

I frequent this location as it is close to my home but I wanted to personally shout them out for their continued professionalism, customer service acumen, and ensuring their customers are happy. In particular on today Kennedy saw that I was not happy with my beverage and asked if she could remake it and this time it was cold, sweet, and delicious ! The manager (forgot her name) , Chance, Felicia and the rest of the baristas’ hospitality and warmth keep me returning every time !
Adding more! : 1/21/26 on this day I was served my Ty, LeydiDi, and Lauren and all were exceptional! I have been going through a lot of medical ailments lately and “this” Starbucks is my happy place! LeydiDi and Lauren practically beat me to my table with my Chai Latte, Water (that I didn’t ask for) and my Banana Nut loaf! I was overjoyed and humbled by their kindness! Lauren was even kind enough to go back and get me some butter and a knife! I love it here!

I visit this location on Debbie Lane frequently but today our Barista, Hannah, made our custom drinks amazingly well! I visit many Starbucks in several states so I know very well when the Barista takes the time to make the drinks correctly. Thank you so much Hannah and keep that beautiful smile and friendly personality, it really does make the customers experience top notch! You are definitely an asset to Starbucks. Blessings!

I was at this Starbucks while night shift was on duty and I think this girl the shift lead, her name starts with a C, and she was not very nice towards me and had a big attitude. While I was waiting for my drink I also overheard her talking bad towards one of her coworkers and talking down to this poor girl and I would had stepped in and said something but the shift lead was already mad at something the way she was talking to the other employees and I was lowkey scared she would mess up my drink up on purpose if I interfered

I always go here but RECENTLY I had to stop going to this one .. I always order an iced chai with extra cold foam and it’s never a problem it’s always done right but recently I’ve been getting nothing but Milky drinks like I can tell that the drink is completely off I took a sip but it’s nothing but milk so I changed the drink to a regular chai with light cold foam and it’s still wrong .
I don’t know who is messing up the drinks but I feel as if there is a new barista who needs to be watched on those drinks because they have been messing up the drinks , with not just mine but with my friends every time I DoorDash it or put it on the mobile app or go up there it’s always wrong !!
They need to start taking a look at drinks before handing them out because it’s so horrible , and unacceptable..

Usually the drive thru here is great! Awesome service. Today, however, it was bad. The person at the window handed me a DOUBLE cupped drink and the cup was already dripping because they double cupped it and they didn’t wipe it before handing it to me. Since it was double cupped, it spilled everywhere in my car and overall was very inconvenient. They also put the espresso on top.. as if they forgot to mix it in with the syrups as well – so the drink quality went down. Very disappointed.
