I had went there & got a paleta de fresas con leche, and we bit into it, it smelled horrible. I went kindly and explained the situation but one of the crew, she’s a chunkier lady, called the supervisor but was like rude at the end, saying “it doesn’t smell” maybe if she bit into it she would’ve smelled the spoiled milk. The other lady was kind and understanding.

Food and drinks all good and place is clean always. Been coming two years and the only thing that really throws the place off if the younger girls working there are rude , I mean they have to stand and wait around if your white and will help other family’s right away , I speak Spanish enough to get by and have been working on my Spanish just to freaking make ordering more smoothly , I have nothing but respect for other cultures and races and I’m trying to be polite and give Buisness and apparently trying isn’t good enough for them . Pretty weird . I try to catch the super nice lady that works there but can be difficult to do that . Anyways that’s my review !

I am kind of disappointed in my visit today. My son and I have been coming for a while now and it has been our favorite place. I would rather support a small business like this instead of the big ones. I did not feel welcome today. Stood in line and was completely ignored. The lady even helped the person behind me, completely skipped me. Then when I finally got helped by another lady, she seemed uninterested.

Worst service for being a place to take the family. The lady’s here were very rude and snotty as if they didn’t want to take our order as we were ordering she kept cutting us off like we couldn’t order more items which I would of got my drink at the same time as I got my food but she was so rude so I just took my food sat down and ordered my drink after I was done eating the food and she still had an attitude will not ever go here again
