My family and I had a great first experience at La Casa the other day. Kim was our server, she was delightful! Very attentive and kind. We all loved our food. The place seemed very clean and taken care of. 10/10 highly recommend.

The service was exceptional. The waitress was amazing. She should be making better money at a more expensive restaurant. The food felt like a white person made everything but the rice and beans. It was not very good.

Plenty of parking, handicap parking and not to far from the entrance, which was easy to access if you are in a wheelchair. The tables are low enough and perfect height, if you’re in a wheelchair. The staff is very accommodating and willing to make you comfortable. Service was great, our waitress knew the menu and described how spicy or hot every item we asked her about. It’s not often, when a server knows the menu ! Let alone what is in a basic house salad.it was a very enjoyable afternoon out at LA Casa Mexicana and I would highly recommend anyone to try it.

First time here just stopping by on a road trip chips and salsa were good can’t go wrong there…but the atmosphere is very quiet and lifeless unfortunately like my main course all my chicken was tough over cooked almost felt like chewing into bone some of it was so over cooked even my tortillas for my entree that were supposed to be soft were crunchy in certain parts overall bland and forgettable..Lady was very kind but sadly the food was not worth it and I doubt I’ll ever return.

Had carnitas, no flavor at all. The onion and bell peppers were sliced thick and not cooked, just put on the plate on top of the lettuce. Not very happy with the meal at all. Probably will not go back.

Very nice little restaurant. Food was fresh and served hot. Staff was very polite and friendly. Hope I can make it out that way again soon. I had the steak and chorizo fajitas. They were very good, the chorizo had a good flavor to it. Only thing I could say was you’d need a cpl more tortillas. But it was delicious!

We started dining here nearly 10 years. It was one of our favorite places from 2014 to 2019. It was always packed, very lively and the food and atmosphere were excellent! We stopped in recently, we were very excited to return! Sadly, our experience was nothing like it was in the past. It started with the waitresses less than welcoming approach, which was more of a “tell me what you want, so we can get this started and finished approach.” We ordered 2 coffees, she replies discouragingly with “it’s instant, do you still want it?!” We reply yes, when did it change? She says, it’s always been instant! No, not when Jesse was there. It was a fresh pot and you didn’t have to ask or pay for a refill.
Our lunch comes, see photo. Folks…this is not true authentic Mexican shredded chicken enchiladas. This is boiled chicken rolled up in a tough tortilla with a sour tasting sauce and bland. I was concerned to eat it and Gordon Ramsay 24 Hour episodes were playing in the back of my head. The restaurant had maybe 3 booths filled, including ours. It was prime lunch time hours. No students to be found. Maybe 5 dining adults. One rude waitress. The enchiladas and rice were undoubtedly microwaved. We are told new cooks and La Casa has previously shuttered. I can sadly see why. Old food, not tasty, abrasive service. It was nothing like we experienced in the past. We were tempted to leave during lunch. I think the first major change came when Jesse left. He was the heart of La Casa!!! He ran the restaurant and managed the employees and interacted with the guests like it was his own restaurant. Sadly, it is all gone. We will never return. I don’t know how they are still open and the health department needs to check their kitchen practices and dates on food, storage and handling. RIP to the original La Casa that is no more.
