We just had a pleasurable experience at fazoli’s. The restaurant was exceptionally clean from the floors to the ceiling and to the silverware. The staff was friendly. The food tasted good. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into the restaurant and see how much care is put into it by the staff in such a high traffic area.

I came in for the first time in about 20 years and the service was amazing. All of our food came quickly and the manager Skyler came by to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was polite and helpful and made our family lunch run very smoothly!

If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would. I ordered catering for a party and Fazoli’s was fantastic! They had it piping hot, fresh out of the oven right on the dot of my requested pickup time. The food was delicious (baked spaghetti and meatballs with breadsticks). The baked pasta worked fantastically as catering and the breadsticks were as soft, garlicky, and as amazing as dinning in. It’s hard to go wrong with Italian for feeding a room full of hungry kids and parents, but we had plenty which was good as most people asked for seconds. But the real standout was the service. The cashier (I think she might also have been the manager) noticed I was struggling to open the door against the cold wind (I have a disability). She came and rescued me and made sure I got in, and when I said I needed to pick up catering helped me get back out. She was so kind and helpful. I was a few minutes early, so when it was ready she helped me load it as well (ok she did the loading entirely). The packed organization was fantastic with everything clearly separated and plates/utensils included. They even followed up by email. I can’t say I order catering often but I would definitely eat here again, get catering again, and recommend it overall for whatever you need!

The food was delicious and tasted super fresh. It came out fast and hot. It’s nice to have food with vegetables (broccoli, yum!). Skyler was a dear! He came to check on us and made sure we had breadsticks and anything else we needed.

I’ve gotten the 2/$5 small pastas for two days in a row. It’s really good and not bad for the price. I did add roasted mushrooms, chicken and broccoli to it. If you can see from the photos the sauce is runny I’m guessing it’s from the extra toppings. So the next go around I added a side of chicken and a side of Alfredo sauce trust me it’s needed! If you make it a combo it’s about an extra $5 so you can choose from a salad, pizza slice and a drink.
I gave the atmosphere two stars because the parking lot was a mess! It had old church’s chicken boxes, Jagger boxes and other trash lying around. I was going to tell them they needed to do a lot check but I was distracted when they asked me to pull up and wait for my order.
Ps. Ask for a fresh slice of pizza because my first night it was so hard, old and dried out I couldn’t eat it.
