02/22 around 9pm my wife and I stopped by for a late night burger. Good fast food as always, but the young gentleman working the window was the nicest guy. Fantastic service, he treated me and my wife so well. Thank you sir. Kid deserves a raise!!!

I tried Jack in the box for the first time and it over passed my expectations. It was amazing!!! I obviously had their DOUBLE BACON SMASHED BURGER and it’s my top fast food burger now ( IT TASTES LIKE REAL FOOD ). My daughter liked the nuggets which made me happy. I did wait around 45 min for my food BUT it was the only place open on thanksgiving and it was packed so THANK YOU for that! You guys did amazing.

The food often falls short of expectations, with items received much smaller and less appealing than the promotional images we see in the window and TV. I mean……, I get it… but C’mon, at least try to serve what you advertise at times.
But, let me say this today, my visit today was more positive thanks to the friendly server. In contrast to previous visits where I encountered rude service, today’s staff member was pleasant and attentive, making the overall experience more than a one star.

Love this location, never had a bad experience till last night. I went to the location and went into the store and ordered a to go order. Paid and watched the staff make my food. Seemed like they did a good job till I physically watched them dump my fries into a container and then let it sit there for 8 plus minutes. Was waiting for a milkshake to be made. Which ai understand they had to refill the machine and wait for the machine to make the shakes. All the while, my food was sitting there getting cold. I got the $12 munchy box. The tacos were horrible and had wilted and brown lettuce on them. Had to reheat my fries and burger when I got home. I also ordered a jumbo jack burger. The bun was cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The burger had no onions and no pickles and just looked horrible. Also ordered another burger, and it looked horrible as well. Just ordered 3 meals with shakes cost $44 and was the worst Jack in The Box food I have ever got. It was not a busy time, so I’m not sure why it all got made horribly. Also wanted to contact the store, and no one has reached out to us about this. Very very very disappointed

this place sucks to the max. Came at around 10:30 pm and could not get someone to take our order. Finally get my order taken just to be told that the tacos are “defrosting” and I would have to wait. Mf this is supposed to be fast food, key word FAST. This experience was slo-mo food. As a matter of fact I didn’t even get anything but ended up waiting in line for like 30 minutes since I got stuck in line because they would not give anyone their damn order. Disgraceful that something so simple gets turned into something so lame.

Wow…… what a totally disappointing stop at this Jack in the Box today. I was really looking forward to having a couple of Jack in the Box tacos and I had a craving for orange soda. What a total disappointment. I stood at the order area to order for five minutes there was no one in front of me, and the lady working in the back looked at me five times,, turned and looked at two girls chatting behind her,, and never once told them that somebody would like to order. After 5 minutes they came and took my order. I used the restroom and it was dirty and there was no toilet paper in the stall that I was in. All I saw was ladies working there that day so I’m very surprised that they kept their bathroom so unkempt. A lady came from behind the counter very quickly to tell me I wasn’t allowed to take photos in there, and I kindly asked to see the posting of that because I didn’t see that sign posted anywhere. She never came back to show me a posting. If she was as quick to have taken my order today I’m sure I would not be giving them a bad review. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 is because the tacos were actually good. I hope the managers or owners see this review because this team here has a long way to go when it comes to customer service. The lady had no problem coming out to chastise me about taking photos but she didn’t give a hoot about whether or not I got waited on or not. ..JACK would be very disappointed….

Moldy croissant!!! I got home with my order to discover this moldy croissant. I tried calling the store for a refund and no one answered. I tried the survey & received a message asking me to call back a number that no one answers. I was contacted by the ‘district manager’ Stephanie Ferrer who didn’t apologize and just told me to go back to the store to get a refund. I told her that I live far from the store so I don’t want to drive all the way back. I asked her to send me a gift card or refund my credit card but she said she could only send me coupons? I replied to her but never got a response. Horrible service even from upper management. Don’t know how this company will survive if they can’t take care of a simple request like this.
