Wooster must be saying “FINALLY!”. I know I have! This DQ upgrade has been long overdue but it’s here! Got some time to grab a chocolate milkshake and here are some thoughts on my experience in the new building.
The space is beautifully renovated! Plenty of seats and it seems like they’ll always be busy! Summer or winter!
The young man who took my order was brilliant! Service with a smile which I appreciated! Didn’t get his name but well done! He kept it up too!
The wait was a bit, but I have no complaints. If you do, then give them time and patience! They’re young but they’re trying and want to make sure you’re taken care of. The number system worked perfectly for this town and crowd. I’d rather wait for a good product than have a product rushed and be bad! Will have to try their food next time!
Extra parking was crucial and even when it’s packed, there’d still spots thankfully!
Overall, for the brief period I was there when getting a simple milkshake, i was pleased with the updated experience! Keep it up!

Once again the children you have working there don’t disappoint. I see so many 1 2 3 stars is it mostly 1 star. All you keep tell ing people is what they want to here. But as usual nothing is done. my orders were wrong once I told the girl at the window she fixed it and shut the door in my face. On top of that didn’t turn blizzards upside-down. Im done with wooster DQ 2/25/26 at 7:00 p.m

I’ve been to many Dairy Queen locations and usually have good experiences, but the customer service at the Wooster location has been consistently poor.
I visit every few days, usually at night, and while ordering through the drive-through I’ve repeatedly had unfriendly and dismissive interactions with the same young female employee. This has happened multiple times and appears to be specific to her, not all night-shift staff.
I hope management reviews this, as respectful customer service should be standard.

Since this DQ has been rebuilt, the wait lines in the drive thru are unacceptable. 10 plus minutes with one or two cars in line. It’s horrible. I miss the old DQ

Customer service is total crap every single time I go and it never fails! They either are slowwwww or they mess up my order every single time! The people are so young and they completely goof around and the girl that was working the counter on October 8th 2025 was so slow and had a girl wait at least 10 minutes just to take her order and only then did the girl get upset and demanded help! Not to mention the drive thru had about 10 – 15 cars so I immediately went inside to find only one person in front of me and it took me a good 20 minutes to get 2 things! Very very poor management!

Id give zero stars if i could… out of the 4 times i have been here wow crappy customer service, blizzards are always wrong or not mixed together. Also didnt put everything in the blizzard it comes with. At the end of the day this company doesnt care about my review but this has been my experience in wooster. Waited 30 min for my blizzard tonight it was melted when i got it the pumpkin one. No graham pieces and not even mixed with the ice cream it was all sitting on top. Do better

Waited in line over a half an hour for 2 blizzards. Got to the window someone took our money, we sat and waited another 10 minutes and never received the blizzards. We knocked on the window to get our money back, no one acknowledged us when multiple people walked past the window. a girl came to the window a few minutes later and tried taking our money again… We told her we already paid and now wanted a refund. She said I’m just 16 you don’t need to yell at me and stormed off like a child!!! We never once yelled at her! Poor management, non existant customer service, and wait times are absurd… we will never return to that location again because something like this happens every time we go there..

Service awful. Multiple people walked out while in line. One couple had waited 45 minutes before getting money back and leaving. I too would have left if not for it being my boys request to eat there. I do believe this place has potential but need to dedicate a lot of time and effort to service.
