Literally I am so sick of being disappointed by this chipotle. It’s closer to me so I go and it always ends up being a waste of money. Went today about 7pm. The rice had no cilantro but I assumed it would at least have lime (it absolutely did not and neither did the guacamole I paid extra for). They were running low on everything and just gave me scraps of what was left instead of making more. When I got literally 5 pieces of corn, I asked for some more and the guy put 4 more on the spoon and seemed like he had an attitude. 5 minutes later I get home to eat and it’s ice cold. Idc if I sound like a Karen rn bc no one has time to spent $14 on a bowl that’s subpar in every way possible. Whoever the manager is needs to be replaced asap. Also, my partner got food poisoning from this store when we ate there a few weeks back I assume because they don’t keep the food at safe temperatures!!! Get it together Chipotle please for the love of god.

older hispanic lady on the larger side who worked on 12/1 around 3 pm was very rude . i barely got any meat on my bowl , but the hispanic man in front of me got more than one scoop without being upcharged. he asked for extra to which she asked if he wanted double , he said no and she still gave him more ! i got maybe half a scoop and that’s being generous . she was very rude and would say ‘anything else’ after sighing when i was asking for toppings & said ‘anything else’ to which i responded yes can i please get a vinaigrette to which she quickly and harshly responded with ummm no anything else for your bowl? with an attitude … very poor customer service , if you don’t like your job maybe quit ! if me politely asking for sour cream on my bowl is too much to handle then maybe find another occupation . i will be going to the weber location from now on , as i’ve never gotten treated poorly for simply asking someone for something that is literally their job to do !

Very sloppy restaurant is not clean. Service was average, and food was served semi warm with no flavor. I ordered the steak bowl, which was stale. Counters were dirty and no one was cleaning up the tables, with trash cans overflowing with garbage. Restrooms were not clean.

Usually my experience at this Chipotle is pretty smooth. The young woman (petite Black woman, always moving urgently & cleaning her station) working pickup is ALWAYS doing an amazing job.
Unfortunately, today was terrible. Chicken was not available initially and when it became available, we had to wait longer for white rice.
One young man (tall Black teen) was on it but the staff was more interested in conversing amongst themselves than serving customers. Additionally, we had to wait another 5 minutes once we got to the cash register because the person who was there (white guy, look like he was in his early to mid 20s, possibly the manager) was going back and forth from his car (Equinox) while on the phone. A latino male who was in the cooking area saw me standing there, but was more interested in talking to the other workers (2 young ladies).
The eating area was dirty, unorganized and not well managed. Very sloppy. I will give another chance, but this service & experience was trash.

I had a really good experience. The staff was even cleaning the seating area when I had lunch there. Food was really great and tasty. (Fajita bowl with three flour tortillas.) the price with tortillas and reg. Drink was under $13. Tortillas were 50 cents for three 7”. Just skip the Chipotle on Weber. You can look at my reviews. If I go back to this location and have a poor service I will change my post.

The portion sizes have moved back toward what they once were. However, it still depends on who you get to serve you. Generally though, they are better than when I had started my personal boycott. The quality and flavor are still acceptable and the time spent in line, for the most part, moves at a steady clip.
When the lines are long though, please pay special attention to keeping around the food service areas clean, especially where the to-go/ online orders are being prepared. If something spills clean it up immediately before serving the next in line.

I previously had a poor experience here but decided to give it another try. This time, a gentleman named Amir went above and beyond. When I mentioned our pork allergy, he immediately changed his gloves and thoroughly cleaned his station. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout. Thanks to his excellent attitude and care, I’m willing to give this place another chance.

Second and last time coming here. I made a mobile order for a burrito bowl and got like 3 pieces of chicken on my bowl. And they were cold. The rice was raw and uncooked I had hard pieces almost thought I was chewing a tooth. The beans were crunchy. I got spinach instead of romaine lettuce? Waste of money.

Got this 3 days ago and the chicken in my bowl was ice cold. Had to reheat it at home, but wish I didn’t. I’m still sick because of this will not be eating here again due to the food poisoning. The chicken was literally ice cold and I only live a few min away, who knows how long the chicken was sitting out at that dangerous temp!
