Stopped in on a gloomy lunch hour needing a serious caffeine rescue after missing a meal during some family adventures. I’m visiting from Virginia, and my cousin insisted this was the spot—they were right!
I grabbed the Nitro Cold Brew and it did not disappoint. It had a lovely caramel finish that really hit the spot. The absolute game-changer, though? Coffee ice cubes. It’s such a badass move; I didn’t feel like I was losing flavor to melting water as I drank.
The crew and I are strictly black coffee drinkers, so we skipped the lattes and also grabbed a hot black coffee. While the hot coffee was a solid midday pick-me-up, the cold brew flavor definitely stole the show for me. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bold, undiluted caffeine boost!

Very friendly staff. I purchased some of their bagged coffee to try at home. The banana flavored she told me it taste like banana nut bread. We shall see. I ordered the ham and Swiss sandwich but I think it’s an acquired taste and I wasn’t a fan but that’s just my opinion. I als purchased 2 of their super cute stickers. Overall a fun place aesthetically appealing & when your attitude is one of a bad ass who would want a bad ass coffee. ‍♀️

I needed some Big Ass Energy for today so I tried Bad Ass Coffee and it was delicious!!! I got the Creme Brulee latte and it was frothy and scrumptious!
After 5 minutes of sipping on it , I turned into a Bad Ass Woman and got everything on my list done and still had enough energy to run a 5k .
Absolutely loved the shop , cute retail ( especially the stickers ) As well as the chill music. Great Coustomer service too ! Give those ladies a Raise !
Loved them and their energy ❤️

Can’t wait for my next day off to try other options off the menu!

We stopped at Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii while visiting St. Augustine and absolutely loved it. The theme and mission behind this coffee shop are incredible — it’s one thing to have a strong brand and purpose, but it’s a whole different level when the coffee actually lives up to it. And it definitely does.

The coffee was consistently delicious every single day of our trip. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff made our family (and our pup!) feel completely at home. It’s also very pet-friendly, which made our mornings even better.

We loved it so much that we went every day for breakfast — and even bought coffee to take home so we can keep enjoying it after our trip. If you’re stopping anywhere in the area, this place cannot be recommended highly enough. We will absolutely be back!

This place has a gift shop! I loved all the cool things you could buy, mugs, shirts, even a rub for bbq. This place has good coffee, good sandwiches, and good scones (that’s what I tried). They don’t use water ice, they use coffee ice! Love it

Great coffee. The Lava cold brew is great. I also think the ice cubes made from coffee is nice touch. There’s a nice patio seating area in the back also with beautiful oak trees.

So good we stopped in twice!! My boyfriend was stoked to find a badass Hawaiian coffee while on vacation down there, as he’d grown up going to one on the West Coast.

We were greeted by friendly, enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and products.

I had excellent Americanos both times, he had a 100% Kona french press and a cold brew – all wonderful. Grabbed some bagged coffee that I’m excited to try, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate covered macadamia nuts – heavy on the chocolate.
