I went to Sonic at 725 MacArthur Drive on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 9:47pm. I went to the drive thru mic. A black man was on the mic. I said I am here to pick up an order. And before I could finish what I was saying. That man begin hollering and screaming at me. He said didnt I tell you 3 times that order isn’t here? And stop coming here asking for that order. And went on and on cussing and shouting about the order. Management need to back up the cameras so you can see who that worker is. He need customer service skills. Secondly he obviously don’t understand well. Which means he shouldn’t be the person on the microphone. Because did he seriously think I was the same exact person that kept driving there over and over wasting gas on an order that was not there? That don’t even make sense. That was the first time I had went there. And I dont appreciate being talked to like that for no reason. I had no idea what was going on. That was very hostile to do that. I will be reporting this to customer service at Sonic as well. His behavior was out of control. I have never in my life experienced that. And I will never return to that location again.

We did a mobile order at one of their stalls, we waited 20 min just for 2 drinks, 2 chicken burgers, and 2 queso wraps. I pressed the red button just for them to tell me to come in the drive thru. Where I waited another 15 minutes. Finally got our order and there is a piece of lettuce and no mayo in the burger. And they made both drinks wrong.

This location have the most rudest staff. Look at the comments. The majority of people are saying the exact same thing. If customers don’t go there, then they wouldn’t have a job. Be thankful that people are choosing to go there. Instead of trying to punish people by delaying their orders. And talking to them rude. Then fixing their food/drink any type of way because they’re mad that customers are there. The employees obviously need that job or they wouldn’t be there just because… Sonic on Coliseum and Jackson Street have excellent customer service. (I dont go to North Mall often. But I didnt have a bad experience there either) That’s the type of people you hire. Not loud, rude, people who don’t care. And whoever running this page online need to just stop replying. Because you’re not even reading the comments and trying to solve the problem with that sonic. You need to read the comments then go to that location and straighten things out over there.

Terrible! I ordered 2 drinks ahead of time. App stated it will be ready for pickup at 3:05. It is 3:17 and still no drinks. Plus the restaurant will not answer the phone. This is ridiculous! I can’t cancel because I have already paid!!!!!!

We are from Shreveport and were visiting Alexandria to go to the zoo. We stopped at Sonic after and this is probably the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to. I repeated my order 3 times at the drive thru speaker because they kept asking me to repeat myself. Then I get to the window and pay. When she hands me my receipt, the order is wrong. They were out of dragonfruit for the recharger so we asked for blood orange. My son said it tasted horrible and didn’t drink it. I asked for a peanut butter and chocolate shake and it was peanut butter only, by the way it looked disgusting and tasted gritty so didn’t finish it. My daughter asked for a strawberry shake and they made her a strawberry sundae. Oh and the service was extremely slow. We were in the drive thru probably 15 minutes. Would never go back here if we lived in Alexandria.

This specific location has horrible customer service, especially overnight! All of the workers are outside chitchatting and will keep you waiting for no apparent reason. The individual who is even taking the orders was outside talking also! Very unprofessional. I waited at the speaker 10 minutes. They forgot I was there and it was all for nothing because they said their ice cream machine Was down.

Pulled in at 11:45 and was told he couldn’t take my order because he was waiting on an employee to come back in which was very confusing. I hope he wasn’t talking about the employee sitting outside in the front of the store.

If there could be minus stars, that’s what it would be. Nothing was done right, the cheddar peppers looked like they’d been out for days and reheated. Absolutely nothing that was ordered tasted decent. Drinks weren’t right. Then when asked for a drink THEY forgot (clearly on the ticket) carhop got mad. How is it anyone else’s fault that they CANNOT READ & do things the way it’s ordered. Should’ve read the reviews before ordering (just passing through), but I can say, in all the years of eating Sonic, this has been the worst! My daughter tried calling to get an answer – they answered once and yelled “Quit calling our phone.” Really? Should be shut down.

We ordered super sonic burritos there was no meat just straight veggies. We also ordered 2 iced coffee that had zero sweetener. On top of that we waited over 30 min and we were the only ones there at the time.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken, got tired of waiting and pulled to a stall to have our order taken after another 5 minutes. We then waited another 15 minutes for 2 route 44 drinks. After waiting a total of 30 minutes trying to get 2 drinks we left without our order. I will not be back to this location.
