I’ve been trying to come here for late lunch, and I couldn’t ever make it since they close at 2:30. So, I finally made it here today. The wonton soup was good, with a thin wonton wrap and a good amount of pork filling. And I had my usual Thai curry chicken, which left me satisfied and happy. It’s a husband-and-wife team, and they’re so nice.

The place is nice & cozy, but the service wasn’t as good / fast as expected.
However, unfortunately, this area of Connecticut doesn’t seem to be known for good Sushi, so it seems like this place might be the best option for those craving some fresh rolls

The owners do an amazing job running the kitchen and sushi bar. There are huge amounts of take-out orders but the wait times are always quick ! The consistency and quality of the food makes this the best sushi place in the whole area ! I highly recommend you try J Fuji !

The sushi and sashimi was very good. Service was a bit slow but not too bad. Lots of take out orders going on probably why. Getting Miso soup next time instead of salad, it was just torn iceberg lettuce with ginger dressing on top. 🙂

Just amazing. A true Japanese experience. The chef is an artist, and is glad to suggest from the menu. He came and showed us the wagyu beef he was preparing for us, making it a special meal for me and my son.

They have the best sushi here by far. Other places aren’t as fresh so you can tell they put a lot of effort towards their food quality here. It’s also a very relaxing and quiet vibe inside the restaurant. They have never messed up our orders ever and the great quality has always been consistent!

The only complaint here is that the service is slow. So make sure you have the time before you go.
Otherwise, the servers are very nice and the food is very good.

Literally the best, freshest sushi I’ve ever had in my life. Nowhere else in the area even compares. Ten thousands stars. There has not been a single time we’ve ordered from here that there’s ever been anything off about our experience food or staff-wise. We have ordered from here probably every 1-2 weeks since moving to bethel

Waited almost one hour for our food. We were literally the only people in the restaurant. Why open at all if you don’t have someone working who is able to prepare the food?
