This is the best Waffle House in the metro Atlanta area. It’s always busy here because it’s good. I don’t mind sitting at the bar when there’s no table. The staff are the most professional and best trained servers and cooks. I’m always happy with my food and service. I’m happy to call this my neighborhood diner.

Wouldn’t let me use my birthday free waffle coupon even though they have in the past. Always an issue at this location. The employees are always so rude.

Update. Just got back with my food. Both hash browns are so burnt. This is ridiculous they think its okay to serve something like this. And cant even get through to call the store. Definitely will not be back.

Good food and good service. Never been unhappy with a waffle house but the staff here was phenomenal, they even got a waffle house hat for my baby girl which I’ve never had happen before! We took my fil to a waffle house for the first time and I’m glad we chose this one!

Hubby and I frequent this Waffle House. Everyone is friendly, and they had the same staff for years until recently. Service is fast. Prices superb.

Hubby loves his Grits Bowl. It includes grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.

My favorite is the Texas Cheesesteak sandwich. It comes with onions, and I ask to add jalapeños. Ask for the Waffle House sauce. Truly delicious!

Typical Waffle House. Great service, good food, and a little local family drama happening a few booths away. Not much to say other than our food (texas cheesesteak melt and an omellete) was on point. Next time we are in town this will be my official Waffle House stop if we desire.

The service we experienced was incredibly disappointing. My husband politely asked if his chicken breast could be cut into cubes, and the server responded, “No, not tonight,” without offering any explanation. When we asked why, he simply said, “NO.” Later, when we requested a moment to decide on our order, he replied, “The clock is ticking.” At that point, we decided to leave. I will not be spending my money at a place that treats its customers with such rudeness and lack of respect.

The worst service ever with this morning crew. Today around 9:45 AM, a take-out order for three waffles in the amount of $18 was placed. A bit pricey; however it was a decision to purchase despite the cost.

Although all three waffles were prepared with very little effort –I returned only one (the worst one) of the waffles for a do-over. And do you know, the cook prepared the waffle the exact same way as the one that was returned?

At this point and time, I realized customer service was not a priority and there was no intelligent life form present at the time. Therefore, to maintain my state of mind, I decided to walk away. It just wasn’t worth it. I’ll simply spend my money elsewhere.

I will not be returning to this location. All I wanted was a decent waffle. How hard is that? Completely unacceptable.

I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea for Chris to be the cook and the manager however he is very unprofessional. I specifically asked for my bacon to be well and not burnt. My bag was drenched with syrup due to it being punctured and instead of him remaking my order he threw an entire fit about it. This is the only location I know that gets upset when do you want the cashier that’s handling money to wear gloves while using their bare hands to touch inside of containers while handling your food.
