I would rate this place a zero if I could! We were on a road trip my sister ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, cooked fresh. She told them we were willing to wait the additional time. The server taking the order ignored the request, so my sister asked if she heard her. She responded ok, anything else( in a rude tone). The sandwiches were hot, but raw in places. Unacceptable!

By FAR one of the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. They gave me a single baked potato in place of 2 large fries. If people, order something they probably want what they ordered. If you don’t, for whatever reason, have that, you should probably CANCEL the order, NOT make your own substitutions. Also the nuggets at this location taste really stale and awful. There’s a much better Wendy’s like 5 minutes from this one(Beltway Plaza?) they are AMAZING every time, but they were closed. This Wendy’s though, NEVER AGAIN.

Consistently low quality Wendy’s location over many years. Slow service, stale tasting food. Food never seems hot nor freshly heated here. Can’t recall a good order at this specific location, but I’m sure there’s been at least 1 good time over all these years. Anyway, there’s a Wendy’s location maybe 5 minutes or less down the road at Beltway Plaza Mall Shopping Center, if you really want Wendy’s in Greenbelt go there instead, they usually do things right and within a reasonable timeframe.

Easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. First of all, I spelled my name for them and yet they somehow still completely butchered it. I asked for the pineapple citrus sparkling energy drink and the guy asks the other guy “do we have the circus drink?”. The floor was all sticky. They had no bbq sauce, no sweet chili, and no honey mustard. My burger was cold. And the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
Stay away.

This was the worse experience ever. I placed an order on the Wendy’s app for a drive-thru mobile app order. Within 30 seconds of placing my order on the app I pulled thru the drive-thru line that was empty. They confirmed my order at the take out menu. I then pulled up to the window they immediately asked me to pull up at a mobile order parking spot to wait for my order. About 5-7 minutes later my order brought out to my car. I went back into the store to get the sauces that’s they never gave that I requested in the app. (No issues at this point)
I left the restaurant and my wife and I started eating our meal and realized that the French fries were dry, my double cheeseburger was not fresh and my wife’s chicken sandwich was dry. So we decided to turn around to have them remake the order. I told the lady associate what happen she said they would remake the order.
They remade the order but the Manager on duty came out and tried to tell me that they don’t usually remake orders but that they would do it this time. He said they are not responsible for delivery orders that are cold when delivered. I explain to him that my order was placed directly by me and picked up by me as well. I also explained to him that there was no delay in my order. I was asked to pullover into a mobile order parking spot because my order wasn’t ready.
After getting my order and heading home my wife and I realized that the fries were cold and dry as well as her chicken sandwich l, and my Dave’s double was cold, dried out and barley had any lettuce on it. We turned around to try and get out order redone.
Once the manager remade the order. I went to my car and notice my Dave’s double with cheese was a single with no cheese. I brought it back in and he tried to add another patty to my burger and add cheese without making it fresh after it had already left the restaurant. I explained to him that, that was un acceptable and he needed to remake it fresh. He told me he was as he continued to try and use the same burger that was wrong. This whole experience was terrible. The manager was completely rude the entire time.
He then followed me to my car after I decided not to accept the “modified” burger. He continued to be rude to me and my wife the only thing he did after explaining the situation 3-4 was return my $12 for my meal. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!

Worst experience. I ordered $7 biggie bag drive thru I only get fries, chicken nuggets and the drinks. I have to go back and drove 3 miles to get the burger. The employee didn’t gave me the receipt so I have to explain myself to get the burger I ordered smh. Never going to order biggie bag it’s more expensive now.

This used to be my Wendy’s. However, THIS Wendys needs to either change management or get permanently SHUT DOWN. The food is old and stale. It seems as if it was refried or from the night before. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a stale and rubbery texture type of patty. I had to stop eating it and throw away because of how bad and disgusting it tasted. I will stop coming to this Wendy’s moving forward and will steer anyone I can to stay FAR away from here.
