Wow, found myself releasing the brown kraken, you know conducting a porcelain symphony, or maybe a more military style approach of dropping a brown and green depth charge and I was very pleasantly surprised that during my blasting off to Uranus that the bathrooms are fantastic. The big value meal add was the staff in the morning are super efficient and very friendly (muchas gracias primavado). So if you find yourself needing to turn yesterday’s meals into modern art or run a quick software update, this is the place.

I used to love BK growing up in the 80s, when it was actually flame grilled. There’s 2 locations closer to me where the food sucks pretty bad, so we stopped going for years! I was in the area at a Dr’s appointment and my mom & I decided to try it. We ordered online, the Whopper Jrs and they came out very well! Surprised the heck out of us. We tried the chicken fries for the first time and they were good, too. The best part was the value fries. They were fresh and perfectly cooked and plenty! If we want BK in the future, we will go to this location on Main & 120th Ave. I thank the employees there for good food 🙂

We pulled up to the first window where people typically take our money, but no one was there. So after a minute I moved to the second window. The employee opened the window and didn’t say or do anything, just stared at us. Eventually, they said, Can I help you? Yes, I told him. Can I have my food? Oh, he said, as if we were there for any other reason.
Every time we go to this Burger King, we ask for 2 original chicken sandwiches with no lettuce and extra mayo. Since those are the only two things on the sandwich, we would expect it to be correct, but it never is. Even at noon, the sandwiches are old and bone-dry at this location. Maybe the workers don’t understand that extra means more, not less?

I just went through the drive through and the guy who took my order was extremely rude, had attitude and was on his phone constantly his name tag said ban. The food was amazing though.

Worse service. Paid online on the app for the drive thru and told to come inside after waiting in line. Food was cold, not great service at all. Deleting the app. I’m not coming back again. Do better bk!

UPDATE: went inside at 8:35 am for a refund she said she can’t do refunds because there is no manager to authorize it but they come in at 9am. But you can’t open a till without a manager. We opened the sandwiches in front of her to show they were not doubles yet she insisted the single sausage patty was the “double.” She tried to convince my husband to not get a refund but we said we needed one due to terrible service. She reiterated she can’t give a refund until 9 so I said “then we’ll wait and explain everything to the manager at 9” and she immediately said “i can give you a cash refund instead.” Clearly she knows what she did was wrong and didn’t want to get yelled at for overcharging and order inaccuracy by whatever manager was supposedly not present at the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location.
8:15 am | I ordered 4 doubles for the 2 for $6 sandwich deal. The woman that was there charged us full price per sandwich instead of the deal and then had the audacity to give us singles for all 4 sandwiches! The total was $46.98 when it should have been $28! I told her at the window about the deal and she said the deal only applies to single sandwiches when they have promotions everywhere for 2 for $6 doubles. Also gave no receipt even after I asked for it.

If you go inside, they are great! Drive thru is awful! It was a different ‘crew.’ l did not get what l ordered. They ‘made up or created’ their own menu item of burger. It was weird & barely warm.The mozz cheese sticks ended my craving & created a disgust to last a long, long time. They were horribly over cooked & had obviously sat as they were not even slightly warm. In a drive thru, you need your order to be more accurate & fresh than any other time! Shame on you BK!

I had a good experience today with this restaurant. The order taker at the drive thru was nice and the cashier at the window was also friendly and offered sauces. I also asked him about the halloween kidsbeat free event and he was knowledgeable . They are offering all kids in costumes free meals the evening of the 31st. Which is very nice for large families or single parent households. Thanks for that my food was great. It was hot and everything was fresh. Only downside to this location is the parking lot. Only one way out and you have to wait for the light to go right from the lot. Other than that my trip was great. Thanks guys for you hard work.

Love burger King. Hate when there brand is tarnished with bad employees. Rude service, told whopers were unavailable 5 mins before lunch started at 1030. There actually available all day nationwide. Management and expections of the brand needed.
