People don’t come there to be talked down to or argued with, Nelsha. Why go out of your way to make things unpleasant or a bad experience imstead of just answering a simple question – “are those the reusable holiday cups”? Its not that serious, but your attitude is. Its also unnecessary. Drink today sucked also. Theres a theme with this place, in that the ONLY consistency found, is a lack of professionalism, bad service and subpar drinks and food. You can go to any other Starbucks and the service drinks and food are so much better and on point. I dont know why thiz one always misses and just sucks and I wish it wasn’t in my travel path, but it is always a reminder to keep driving and detour to the non sucky Starbucks next time. Sad, isnt it. But thats what I am always left with after coming here.

Whoever christina jones is in this review is just lying . The man in the drivethrough kody is always the best, people don’t need to be overly sweet to give great service I come here everyday with my sister and he’s great the drinks always taste amazing and my sister always spends extra and adds so many extra things he always gets it right !

I don’t understand how the young man that works.The afternoon shifts stands in the drive through.He wears a hat.I’m sorry I did not catch his name.But he is never friendly.You pull up to the speaker he says hello. Not one time does he say how are you?Can I take your order?What can I help you with. You get to the window, he hands you your order.And that is, it no, thank you no have a great day.Nothing. i don’t know.

I have been here twice now and each time the workers were absolutely lovely! The drinks were delicious and the food is great too! I tried the matcha drink with lavender cold foam for the first time and the barista even offered to make me something else if I didn’t like it!

I waited years for a Starbucks to come to the area. At first, they were wonderful. After a few months of being open, the drinks weren’t that great. I have a simple order that includes extra caramel lining the cup. I’m not sure what is so incredibly hard about that but it certainly doesn’t mean a dab of caramel on top of the whip and nothing in the cup especially when I pay extra for it but hardly EVER receive it. Over the winter I change my order that includes a few extra pumps of peppermint. They charge me double of what Culpeper and Harrison Crossing charges me. I will still go here if I am not going through one of the other 2 towns but its deffinitly not proving to be my favorite Starbs any longer and Im a fanatic for Starbucks. It makes me sad that I feel that way about one that I’ve been praying to be here for 10+ years. The guy that helps me in the really cool hat deserves a raise. Hes the only one that hardly ever gets my drink order wrong. I also want to mention that whoever loves to give creme based frappe when the customer doesnt ask for it should receive additional training. Picture attached is my drink today from Culpeper. This is how it should be every time.

Absolutely the best Starbucks ever !!! I love this Starbucks in Locust Grove Virginia! It is so beautiful,so clean and the staff are so kind and friendly and so helpful! Got my order and food correct ! Food was delicious! And my double shot espresso was amazing ! Thank you Locust Grove Starbucks!

This is, by far, my favorite Starbucks location. The ladies working here are SO personable. They go out of their way to remember their repeat customers names’ and their orders. My drink order was suggested by one of their baristas months ago and is now my daily go-to. Thanks to everyone here for their hard work and dedication to providing Locust Grove with copious amounts of caffeine!

I’ve never had a cup of coffee before, however I’ve always liked the smell of it. My daughter on the other hand does enjoy it. We went there through the drive-thru, and the individual who took our order was very bright and cheery and very nice. We got up to the window to pay, the same individual really cheery very super nice. I gave him my card, he came back with the drink then he gave me my card and then spun the screen around for the tip with a big smile on his face. Without skipping a beat, no tip. He spun the screen around and his demeanor was completely different. He never said a word, however he was pissed cuz he made some comments in one of his co-workers where I got to look for not only her and him but it seemed to spread around. I really don’t care and I have no shame and not tipping at a location that is not a waiter or a waitress, where the individual is making minimum wage or higher. Starbucks employees are not considered to be tipped employees. That was extremely unprofessional of this individual. As there was a sense of entitlement in his behavior. For those that will say that I’m making an assumption,. Had his demeanor not changed instantaneously, I May have never known. But this was plainfully obvious and he wanted me to know it. Again I really don’t care. I give fair reviews when I do them. This is also strictly about the service itself as I cannot attest to the drinks.
