Evelyn the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refuse to take my order for 30 baconators saying it stresses her out. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. The sandwiches were for hard working people on overtime. I took my business down the road to McDonald’s weer they appreciated the business and were respectful.

DO NOT GO HERE. Never gets our order right. Always gives us a vanilla Frosty instead of chocolate even though we always order chocolate. When we called to complain after multiple different orders being wrong and having already been extremely patient, whoever was on staff had taken the phone off the hook for several hours and I couldn’t get through to anyone. I’m smart enough to know to call it shift change so I did so and lo and behold someone actually picked up. The manager on duty said that they would get the message to the general manager. I called back several weeks later, never having heard from The general manager. They told me that now she was out of town. I asked for their franchise owners information after several requests. I spoke to a woman there who said it was unacceptable the amount of times we’ve had issues. She said she would call me back later that day. It has now been SEVERAL MONTHS. Mind you, we didn’t ask for refunds for all of the orders that we had documented proof of, we just asked for a refund for the about $20 order that we had placed that day that we had called. Now let me be very clear about the issues in our order, there was no one in the store, there was one person who pulled into the drive-thru after my order was already ready, and there were at least six kids goofing off standing around not doing their job not double-checking my orders or anything. My order is wrong not because the store was busy but because the staff is lazy.

I don’t go to this location often and this is why. The customer service was ok. The food came out pretty timely but this was the result (see pic) and the fries were cold. Also I’m not sure what Sprite has done but the taste was awful.

Very slow in drive through. Orders were wrong and soi messed up it was pathetic. Go somewhere else! This was a baked potato with sour cream. Nope. Not even. What’s with the chili sauce drizzle? Ordered a cup of chili. Didn’t get it. Guess they combine things whenever they want. Burger wasn’t even made as requested.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I don’t know what it is so hard about getting food people ask for right. I think about giving the benefit of the doubt I’ve worked in fast food it’s not easy and because we’re human we make mistakes but there should be no reason you read back on your screen and say everything I didn’t want but make food wrong. I don’t understand why people are so half ass theses days!

What a joke! Cold burgers and cold stale fries! Drive thru worker distracted and had no clue what he was doing. Asked for salt and ketchup and got neither . Absolutely terrible

Would leave 0 stars if able to. Placed a mobile order 4/6 and all the drinks were wrong, chicken was under cooked and they gave us the wrong burgers. The girl at the window gave us bad attitude over the drinks and when we asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes and laughed and gave us the ‘ fixed’ drinks completely soaked and messy around the cups. We asked for napkins to clean it before I brought it inside my car and she laughed again. The whole experience was terrible, the entire time we can hear them laughing and making fun of us. Management needs to have a serious talk about overall presentation of self infront of customers, and how to act in general.
