The service was quick. That said, there are some compromises.
My $8 waygu burger was cold and pink. Not what I wanted from a fast food chain. I got mozzarella sticks instead of fries and those were glorious, not gonna lie…This is one of the locations where I can see why people don’t like arbys and call it trash, solely based on the burger alone which was supposed to be the highlighted item

Wow, I am absolutely blown away! I have been working graveyards for four years and I can honestly say I just had the best customer service experience EVER! The two men working were awake, happy and working as a team. So friendly and kind I can’t believe this happened in Belen!
Arby’s is the only 24 hour restaurant in Belen. Usually when I have to go there the crew is trying not to work. They keep the drive thru menu dark so you have to go in. The friendly gentleman said that’s only when they’re short staffed, umm no. I have gone with 2 or 3 people working and they have the sign off stating they can’t hear orders at night. It’s way more quiet than during the day and it’s open during the day.

Stopped by as only of the late places to get food. Receipt says Freddie, But gentleman with long hair pulled up under his hat, glasses, and tattoos, was super nice and cordial. Made this stop much more than your average fast food encounter. He was awesome.

We arrived and were told they were out of curly fries so we got the crinkle instead. When we got our order we were given no napkins, no ranch that was requested and the food was thrown together in a very messy way. Two of the orders were the same but were made completely different. I’ve always loved Arby’s but may not be returning to this location. Also the kids chicken tenders were extremely dry.

Basically, we came to this place in some time of August in the place, IT WAS A MESS!! Also the tables were filled with ketchup and other stuff that isn’t better. When we got the food the stuff were so dry, I got food poisoned because of these people, if you want to come to be sick, come to this place in Belen, and they also food poisoned my daughter. She felt sick for 3 days! How can this place be more disgusting than how it is. What a horrible place to eat in Belen.

Arbys is expensive 4 meals cost $60 + but we have always had good portions and it taste good. But what happened are you trying to save the corporation money by skipping on qualit? This is what the Brisket sandwich looks like now, paper thin and smashed it was sad. Talked to the manager and all she said was if I make you another one its going be the same. So I asked for a refund of my money on the sandwich. May not be a upscale restaurant but take pride in what you do. The cashier was awsome so nice that’s why you got two stars instead of one.

So I stopped there tonight ordered a Gyro combo and a five piece chicken strip combo both with curly fries large they had me pull up and brought me out the food as soon as the bag was in my hand I reached in to grab some curly fries and I put it in my mouth and it was hard as a rock. I pulled away thinking well maybe it’s just the top couple. So I continue to drive home well before I got to my house, I realized both boxes of fries were like rocks super hard so I called the manager and she looked up my order and told me it had been 20 minutes since I ordered it they’re not gonna be fresh that long fine yeah I may have ordered it 20 minutes ago, but I only live nine minutes away from the store, which means it took them 11 minutes just to get me my food and like I said the first one I tried was before I even left their parking lot. She did offer free fries on my next visit so I’ll give her that but at the same time she made it seem as if it was my fault that they were hard because I had ordered them 20 minutes ago, which is not true given the fact that the entire ride of a whole nine minutes I was trying to find soft ones in the box and was unable to find any I have had a few of these instances at this location. I think this was the final straw for me. I will no longer be going to this location as it appears there is no accountability after spending $26 on a meal and the only thing I ate was a Gyro. My son had his five piece but really I go there for the fries anyway I’m starting to ramble. Hope this review helps be sure to ask for fresh fries.

Should of read the reviews first. Price disolayed: $7.59 for a breakfast meal, was oferred medium or large. Chose medium. Charge: $8.59+tax. ???
Asked about the price, but told me that price was for small size. ????? Was never offerred that size. What a way to do business. 2 stars because food was just made and it tasted good.

Stopped in dinnertime, to buy lunch for tomorrow. We have discovered that if properly refrigerated, the Classic Roast Beef sandwich is excellent cold. An iced cooler kept it cold and fresh until we were ready the next day.

Some really poor customer service here. Ordered a ham and swiss, but got a loaded Italian. When I told Shiela about the mistake, she insisted I’d said loaded Italian, basically telling me it was *my* mistake. Not only do I know what I said, but Shiela also committed a cardinal sin of customer service by trying to tell me I was wrong. Another employee (I can’t remember her name. Sorry!) did a decent job of trying to make it right, which I did appreciate, but it’s still hard to overlook the initial rudeness. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend for any self respecting person to come here.
