This was hands down the best Chipotle experience me or my husband have ever had! The portions, flavors, and food were excellent, but it was the team that really impressed us!
They were perfectly in sync, communicating, doing group roundup meetings and consistently checking quality control and talking with one another. The entire experience was consistantly excellent. Clean bathrooms, clean dining, clean utensil and drink stations. This is a well run team and it shows. Well done!

This was a disappointing experience. I never post negative comments, but this was too weird. Look at this burrito, the side of salsa is bigger than the burrito, probably the smallest burrito I have ever gotten from Chipolte/Qdoba. Pitiful. I walked in at 8:00 and they had all the chairs on the tables, no forks out, were sweeping the floors and the employee told me it was open until 10:00 but they encouraged customers to not use the dining room after 8:00 and the other guy made mine to go when I said I was eating there. Also, everyone was just clueless and rude. I stood there for several minutes and no one said anything. Not hello, not welcome to Chipotle, not be with you in a minute. The guy stirring the beans and cleaning ignored me, everyone did until I asked if they were still taking orders. They didn’t know what to say! Poor management, poor customer service skills, poor burrito making skill, …. they were skimping on food to clean less, they started close 2 hours early and tried to keep me and others from using tables, rude, what the heck is going on? Fast and good food

I ordered chicken burrito bowl with extra hot sauce. My daughter ordered 2 chicken hard tacos and my son ordered chicken burrito. Everything came just as we exactly ordered, they were delicious, except they were too salty. If Chipotle Corp. care about their customers for the long run, they should make their foods healthy, not salty.

I had chicken bowl with chips and guacamole and Dos Equis. It makes me so relax and comfort. But they are bit salty. Besides this problem, everything is good.

This location is incredibly slow and inefficient. If you’re going to place an online order do so an hour in advance because that’s how long it’s going to take for it to be ready. There will be no one ordering and the counter and 8 employees trying to figure out what goes in which bag. This is not an employee issue but clearly a management one.
Incredibly rude staff as well. It clearly says order will be placed on the pickup counter as many orders were placed on there. When I pointed this out to the employee she treated me like an idiot and claimed “well they get stolen.” as well as talking down to me. Well then why did you put multiple other orders on the rack?

If I could rate a 0 star I would my food was poorly packaged red salsa was not closed and it soaked my bag sauce got over my car seats my clothes my purse and my chips were stale. I am visiting from another state and this is very disappointing I couldn’t even enjoy this $22 meal and my time and I now have to have my car detailed because the sauce has soiled my seats and my jacked had to be put in the cleaners and I’ll be walking around smelling like salsa for the duration of my visit this is absolutely unacceptable

We went in to redeem the “back home bonus” Chipotle emailed us on 11/26. After waiting in a barely moving line for twenty minutes, a worker shouted to the restaurant that the promo expired at 8pm, despite the email stating that the promotion ran until closing. Overall a horrible experience. Clearly a disorganized, poorly run, and overwhelmed location. There are much better options at the same price point right there, like Blaze or NafNaf.

I just had lunch here with my mom during the middle of a very busy rush and I was super impressed with the staff. They were a well-oiled machine even with a line almost out the door, and we got served sooner than I would have expected.

Another example of a “restaurant” that wants to be a mobile kitchen. There is one person serving in person customers and the line is outrageously long. Cashier is standing bored, helping no one. Mobile orders guy is putting out orders fast, but has lots of orders filled at sitting there getting cold.
I wish locations like this would just be clear that they only want online orders for pickup.
