This place is garbage. Got a sandwich and it was sour. When I called whoever the dude that answered was rude and on the other phone with whoever he was juggling personal and my phone call. Long story short lost 20$ for nothing. Horrible service and only takes cash? Suspect

The food is good but the lady working at the cashier was rude. I was waiting for her to ask me about the receipt or make sure the change I gave her was correct and she told me bye. Doesn’t seem like much but it was unnecessary and her gesture was as if she was irritated. She wasn’t even the one who prepared the food. She didn’t have to treat me like that and I walked out the store without my receipt because of it. Today is 5/30/25 and this happened around 2:50 pm.

I am returning to this location for all my subway purchases. They make a perfect sandwich with fresh ingredients and the staff are very efficient and pleasant to work with. No more shopping around at other locations, which have disappointed in every way.
I am convinced our meals at Campbell are the best.

Just moved recently and this is the nearest subway. They were out of all bread but the plain one and also only had a couple cookie options. Got a 6in tuna sub, small drink and a macadamia nut cookie, total was 12$; 7$ for a 6 inch…The sweet onion sauce was squeezed mostly in the middle instead of across the sandwich so I had a mouthful of sauce midway. I asked for a double toast on my bread but I didn’t get it. I think the employee didn’t speak English. Not very generous with the veggies, I got like 4 spinach leaves. The cookie tasted like dish soap, which is weird because I’ve always loved subway cookies but these ones taste off, like they’re stale or have been sitting on a counter or something. 3 stars cuz I was craving subway like crazy and it still hit the spot plus the inside is pretty clean but yeah. I also did mess up on tap to pay cuz it’s one of the first times trying it and the employee helped me figure it out so that was nice.

Horrible sandwiches, they skimp out on the cheese and veggies, which did not look fresh, and she kept on trying to close my sandwich even when I was done ordering. The sauce was loaded on one side of the bread so when I ate it one side was soggy and the other side toasted. Never coming here again.

This is an amazing Subway. Better and bigger sandwiches; bigger meatballs and it was absolutely the top of perfection! I had no idea all Subway’s are not the same. This is the BEST Subway I have ever seen. Very extremely clean; all the food looked so tantalizing and most of all; very fresh. Lots of tables to sit and enjoy your lunch. I took out but the meatballs were way bigger and more delicious than any other Subway. The bread was fresher; it was absolutely delicious. This is the place to go if you want that perfect sandwich, bar none. I will only partake of this Subway’s outstanding food. Also, the staff are all very nice and professional sandwich makers. Ample parking and handicapped spaces.

Third time in a row, an otherwise good sandwich was really screwed up by asking for mustard oil and vinegar. I always ask for just a little but somehow lately they put too much on it. Maybe the dispenser holes are too big? However if you take a bite and it tastes like you have a spoon of mustard drowned in vinegar in your mouth it sucks.

Typically, this is my preferred Subway in the immediate area especially when the young representative is providing his quick and courteous service. This evening, I was unlucky and it started with a longer than usual wait, which I am willing to forgive. However, when the representative in her 30s reacted after I inquired about the promotional offer, the experience just went downward from that point. Overall, I enjoy Subway as the food is fresh and the value is good. However, when a representative decides to sour the customer and also confront my cell phone usage in the store, then I will take my business elsewhere. I only have limited negative experiences which one can see in my overall reviews. I feel compelled to call out bad service. One thing the representative does not realize is that the savings from a promotional offer normally translate in a high tip. Not today!

I thought the food and service was great. However, I am concerned that one young woman was working there alone last night. I think for both safety issues and customer service, there should always be 2 people working.
As I was in line, a couple came to the door and were acting odd, he wasn’t coming in, she was standing in the door talking quietly with him, he shined a flashlight in the window, and overall just didn’t feel right. This is when it really hit me that she should have someone with her. The couple continued to hang around outside, even though it was dark and cold. This Subway is kind of tucked in and dark. The store next to it is closed by then and no one would really notice if something happened unless they came in for service. I ended up staying for awhile so she wasn’t alone in the store and called the police to do a drive-by.
I truly hope management makes changes to their policies to make sure that all workers are treated respectfully, which includes safety and the ability to manage multiple customers at the same time.
