Went to get food with my family and have some quality time when an employee started giving me attitude out of nowhere and cut me off multiple times while I was trying to talk to him. And when I went to give him a tip (bc I figured he was having a bad day) he refused and walked away. So me and my family left after paying and didn’t feel comfortable eating there.

I walked in and I am the only customer in the place. One employee behind the counter, I said good morning sir as I walked to the counter, we didn’t smile or say anything back to me as I stood there looking over the menu on the wall. I ordered the 6 inch sub and he put it together really fast ( I liked that part. Quick service) .got to the register to pay. The total was $10.12 .I paid debt so the card reader asked how much tip, I selected no tip,but I put $5.00in the tip jar,then I smiled at him and said thank you sir. And still not even a smile or a return comment from him. I think that if you work in customer service then you should be a little courteous to them. And drop your attitude problem..

First I went in to get my family some sandwiches. I had to tell the girl 4 times what I wanted bc she couldn’t hear me over her friends toddler screaming and her other friends talking loudly. She was more focused on them than fixing my food. She then poured a ton a sauce on my sons pizza sub. I asked her to scrap some off but she insisted on fixing a new one which was fine and she said she would eat that one herself for lunch. We got home to eat and my son said it was still too much sauce and was soggy and hard on the end after being toasted. I also got two 6” rotisserie subs and she put a pile of shredded cheese on it so big that my veggies and sauce fell out of my sandwich making it soggy when I got home. My other rotisserie had the veggies falling out and soggy as well even after being toasted.

Excellent & friendly service. Ms. Ashley especially! Came in during dinner rush but she paid special attention to my specific order with a smile & got it exactly right! If her manager is reading this give that young lady a raise. Finally the food was top shelf as always.

I just wanted to say whoever baked the raspberry cheesecake cookies this morning/evening, they were the BOMB. Literally the best cookie I’ve ever had. My sandwich was delicious, although they were out of onions. 🙁 I’m sure they are a busy store. I ordered a veggie sandwich on white bread with pepper Jack cheese, not toasted. I added lettuce, tomato, green bell peppers, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. The bread tasted super fresh and veggies were crisp and fresh. Thank you!

As I drove up the 2 employee’s were outside and I could see them both roll their eyes in agervation that they had to get up and do their job. As the 1 began to fix my order she showed nothing but attitude and towards everything I was saying I needed for my order. Then the other employee came in complaining about some personal issues and picked up the second part of the order. I asked for just a small amout of sauce on the sandwich and she saturated the sandwich instead. Then they ran out of one of the veggies that I requested on my sandwich she went to refill the try and then put the wrong veggies on the wrong sandwiches. If you hate doing your jobs so much quit, I’m sure you can be replaced with someone that needs and wants their jobs. $300.00 a month that will not be spent at that location anymore.
