The gap between what was promised via their website photos, and what was actually delivered via Uber Eats was pretty vast. The chicken was NOT fresh, overly salty, dark meat, & tasted like rubber – not the slices of grilled chicken breast in the photo.
Do these photos even look like the same dish? I think not.

This is the best food I’ve had in Austin. By far the best bahn mi I’ve had and it’s not even close. The dumplings were delicious. Everything was very flavorful in the best way.

I had a grilled pork vermicelli bowl delivered from here. I was about 5 miles away. When I got the food, it was still fresh and flavorful.
I also ordered the crab meat and white asparagus soup, which I don’t see in other restaurants’ menu. Excellent soup. I will order it again!

I discovered Nancy’s kitchen a couple months ago and became hooked on their amazing and gigantic spring roles. I noticed recently they weren’t on the menu so I decided to try someplace else to get my fix and was sorely disappointed in what I got. The next day I was still craving them so I went to see if they were back on the menu and was bummed to see that they were not, but decided to try a vermicelli bowl instead. In the comment section on my order I asked what happened to the spring rolls, assuming no one reads those.
When I picked up my order, what was waiting for me was a fresh order of spring rolls in addition to what I had ordered! The owner called me personally to explain why they had been temporarily removed. This is true customer service and I will be a loyal customer from now on. The kindness of this business owner truly made my day (and finally satiated my spring roll craving!)
To the person who gave a 2 star review complaining that this is a ghost kitchen, keep in mind the human beings who are running their kitchens and paying close attention to their customers and going above and beyond to provide great service.

Wow! We just tried Nancy’s for the first time and I can’t wait to have it again. Their food is so fresh and so flavorful! We had the steamed dumplings, spring rolls, chicken vermicelli bowl and tofu vermicelli bowl. Everything was fantastic!! If you are considering, give them a try for sure!

We have been huge fans of Nancy’s Kitchen and have always had great food. We were very disappointed in the meal we ordered last night. The spring were delicious as always. The pork vermicelli was not good. The pork was horribly burnt—not just ends but almost all of every piece of the pork. Very disappointing!

Incredible flavor! Nancy’s Kitchen hit a home run with the House Special Vermicelli Bowl. The meat was grilled to perfection, the veggies crisp and fresh, the fish sauce and chili paste were well balanced. The best Viet Comfort Food! I plan to try everything on the menu.

I read the reviews for Nancy’s Kitchen about the spring rolls, and thought: “I’ve never had great spring rolls.”
Ordered 3×2 rolls – which were huge – and I now have something great to compare all other spring rolls to! Tasted fresh and you can taste all of the ingredients in it – and all were well made. The sauce is a great complement. I added a little hot sauce into the sauce cup to match my taste, but that just made great “greater.”
