Lucia’s In Scarsdale already feels like a place that knows exactly what it wants to be: warm, welcoming, and quietly polished without losing that neighborhood Italian charm. We visited for a family dinner, and although the dining room was lively and packed, it still felt intimate and comfortable, perfect for spending quality time together. The beautiful bar area and thoughtful décor give it an upscale feel while remaining inviting and unpretentious.

Dinner started generously with bread, olive oil and balsamic, along with complimentary bites including Parmigiano Reggiano, long green peppers, an olive spread, and pickles, a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone. The Crispy Calamari Fritti was excellent, especially paired with a standout chunky red sauce that added real depth of flavor. My Swordfish Pomodori al Limone was beautifully prepared, tender and bright with lemon, and served with perfectly roasted potatoes that were a welcome surprise. The Chilean Seabass was equally impressive and prepared in a way we had not seen before, while the Pasta Frutti di Mare delivered fresh seafood in a rich, balanced sauce. Jumbo asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes rounded everything out nicely.

Desserts sealed the experience. The Key Lime Pie, Tiramisu, and Apple Strudel with Vanilla Gelato were all delicious and a perfect finish to the evening. Our waiter, Gio, was exceptional throughout the evening, attentive without ever feeling rushed and genuinely helpful in guiding the meal. Service was excellent throughout, and Tony, one of the owners and a fellow Eastchester resident, could not have been nicer. He spent time talking with us at the table, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and even brought over complimentary port wine after dessert, which was a memorable personal touch. Supporting a local restaurant run with this level of care feels easy, and Lucia’s already feels like the kind of place we will return to often. If you are looking for a restaurant that works equally well for a special occasion or a relaxed family night out, this is an easy recommendation.

Very much enjoyed Luci’s which is very new in Scarsdale. The food was outstanding! We ordered the Pizza Napolitan for our appetizer and it was excellent. For our mains we ordered Pollo Portofino and Pollo Alla Potentina which were both delicious and served with vegetables too. We shared the apple strudel which also was terrific. The dining room is very lovely. Yes service did take a little long with being so new. An owner came by to acknowledge and apologize for the delays which we definitely appreciated. Without being rushed and nowhere else to go for the evening, we enjoyed the dining experience. Looking forward to returning.

Lucia’s in Scarsdale is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm and elegant atmosphere made us feel like we were dining in the heart of Italy. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful—romantic lighting, cozy seating, and classic Italian charm that sets the perfect mood for any occasion.

The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Our server made wonderful recommendations and ensured every detail was perfect from start to finish.

Now, the food—simply incredible! Every dish was a masterpiece. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces rich and flavorful, and the seafood tasted so fresh. You can really taste the authenticity and love that goes into each plate. And don’t even get me started on the tiramisu—it was heavenly!

Lucia’s in Scarsdale offers an unforgettable dining experience with excellent Italian cuisine, top-notch service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Whether it’s a romantic dinner, family gathering, or special celebration, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

Our first time and it was a fantastic experience! Great addition to the area! The tuna tartar was so fresh and delicious! Steak tar tar with its compliment of mashed avocado was delectable. Wine list was extensive and above all the service was exceptional. Will be returning!

Lucia’s is one of my favorite restaurants. It is a beautiful, elegant space, and the food is consistently delicious. I especially love the pasta. My favorite dish is the linguini vongole. It is incredibly fresh, light, and full of flavor without feeling heavy.

The staff is warm and genuinely attentive. The owner and manager both came by our table twice to check in and make sure everything was perfect, which you rarely see anymore. Tony, the owner, truly wants guests to feel at home, and he absolutely delivered. It has that old-school hospitality that is hard to find these days.

Parking is easy, which is another plus. There is street parking, and after 7 p.m. you can also use the lot in the back for free. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely incredible dining experience! From the moment I sat down, the warm atmosphere and amazing service set the tone for a perfect meal. Every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavor — truly the kind of food you can taste the passion in. The seafood was unbelievably fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauces were rich, balanced, and comforting in the best way.

The presentation was beautiful, and every bite felt like a step closer to Italy. I also loved that the portions were generous without compromising quality. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

If you’re looking for an Italian spot that delivers top-tier flavor, service, and overall experience, this is the place. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could — absolutely worth every visit!

I enjoyed my meal on the evening of Friday, 3/6. However, I’m not sure if I’ll return due to the horrendous service receieved. They forgot our $60 plus seafood tower. How can that happen, their loss. We never were asked about our meal, no drinks or basic offerings were made. Totally ignored by the waiter. We let the Manager know and they waived our a sparkling water. Good way to start off.

First night here and my wife and I brought our two little boys. They were a bit rambunctious but the staff was very friendly and understanding. The little ones split rigatoni bolognese, I ordered the spicy stuffed pepper for an appetizer and fruiti de mare entree. My with ordered chicken julienne.

The spicy meat stuffed pepper blew my mind. So satisfying that it could almost have been an entree.

And my frutti de mare? This is my go to choice at good Italian restaurants, so my hopes were high. It did not disappoint. A modest portion, with compact delivery and tight arrangement in the bowl.

On top, tender pieces of calamari, and thin slices of fine scallops so perfectly cooked that they melted in my mouth into layers of flavor. And I can’t forget the crisp juicy shrimp or the savory clams. All this covered in a red seafood sauce that was thicker and more rich than I’d expected. But the linguine itself was the of it all. Perfectly al dente, flavorful and pure pleasure to eat.

Simply cannot wait to go back there and try something else, since there are so many attractive options on the menu!
