I visit this Wendy’s often because there aren’t many food options in our area, and I really want to like this location. Unfortunately, I’ve never and I truly mean never, received a hot meal here.
The sandwiches are consistently cold. The cheese is rarely melted, the buns are ice cold, and while the lettuce and tomatoes are usually fresh, that doesn’t make up for the sandwich itself being cold. The fries are the same way every time barely warm and never fresh.
It’s especially disappointing because the staff is always very nice and polite.
When you’re paying today’s fast-food prices, you expect at least a hot meal. I really hope this location can address the consistency and food temperature, because the employees are friendly and this place has a lot of potential.

I go to this location at least once a week. Sometimes twice a week. Its conveniently omw to work. At least every other time they get one of my items wrong. But usually they handle it well. Ill go through the drive through and tell them I got a wrong item and show them and they give me the correct item. Then I just donate the incorrect item to someone at work. This has happened at least 5 times now. Well whoever worked today 10/3/25 at 8:45am didnt do this. When I pulled up to the window to get the correct item, she demanded i give the incorrect one back to her before she would give me the new correct item. If you made the mistake, I have to take my time out of the day and drive through and wait again to get a correct item. Which before has been fine because id keep the wrong item and donate it to a coworker. Was somewhat worth having to deal with their mistake. But now I have to give the item back?! Tell me how thats fair. If the next time they give me the wrong item and I have to drive through to get the correct item and they AGAIN expect me to return the wrong item to them, I wont be back. You will lose a very faithful customer. Very disappointed with the service today. Also, she didnt even say im sorry that you got a wrong item or anything. I think shes new. I haven’t seen her there before.

Very slow during rhe non rush period. The staff was more focused on the drive thru vs the lobby. Don’t waste your time ordering from the kiosk as you will be skipped for those ordering at the register. People that came in after we ordered on the kiosk ordered at the register. The 2 groups received their food first while I had to go and ask about ours from the kiosk.
For being new, the place is dirty and already looking run down. The tables were all dirty and looking aged. The flies in the lobby are out of control. The customer drink station was a mess and missing many things. Employees lunch container was sitting on the counter at the drink station..
Recommend avoid parking near the building as the layout is very poor. Parking near the building will cause you to be blocked in by the drive thru.
This is competing with Taco Bell for the slowest fast food service. If you want Wendy’s, recommend going to the one in YC.

Fries were well done, like they were refried so they didn’t have to waste them. The employees were slow and then they had to re-take our order at the window. The portion of baconator fries was half the normal amount. To top it off after being told TWICE they still managed to mess up my autistic son’s order. Overall extremely disappointed.

This place is dirty and the employees couldn’t care less. We had to leave after seeing the condition on the lobby. Several people on duty and they are clearly more concerned about visiting each other at work than the state of the store.

Last time I went to Wendy’s they forgot my French fries I got my French fries this time but they were cold and stale I asked for no pickles on my chicken sandwich I got pickles on my chicken sandwich I love having Wendy’s and Linda but the quality of food is really bad the chili is terrible

First off, the employees they hire. The employees are young and beyond incapable possibly due to little to no training given at this participating location. The employees attitudes are terrible, they have horrible listening skills and cannot get an order correct. I’ve gone several times and not one time has my order been properly filled. This location is terrible and the food isn’t that good either, there needs to be a total overhaul of this location and new employees with better manors and proper skills with good training need to be the replacement.
