ONE OF THE BEST MCDONALD’S IN THE WHOLE COUNTY I HAVE BEEN TO!!!!

Would be a five star, but the only problem at all is there have been from time to time homeless people who go in sit down and nod off. That makes other’s feel uncomfortable.
The only thing they can do better is to have a employee check dinning area at times to make sure they are not nodding off due to being under the influence of substances. If they are then requesting them to leave.
I know it is not easy with the circumstances of that.
This is with the understanding of both sides as I am recovery from addiction and was homeless. So I understand the homeless people side and I understand the business side the employees have to abide by. The only thing is that as business it is very important for safe friendly atmosphere for customers, and if the person is nodding off due to substances that can be dangerous as it is first sign of a overdose.
Sorry for this long review but I try to add a solution to the reason why I put ratting i did.
P.S. EVERYTHING IS GREAT FOR EMPLOYEE’S, VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS AND DINNING ROOM.

I’ve been a patron at this McDonald’s for 20+ years. Always happy service team members and fresh made to order food day or night. A very well kept and clean establishment. Abiding and accommodating. Nearly 360° parking lot and quick service for dine in or take out. Best McDonald’s in kennebec county for sure.

Nov. 2, 2025 Winslow Maine Big Mac wasn’t hot. They gave me the wrong receipt ( and when I went in to ask for the correct one. A manager didn’t even come out) The large fri wasn’t even 3/4 full. I haven’t been here for over a year. Now I remember why.

If zero was an option that would be my review. Placed an order for 4 ice cream sundaes on the mobile app, checked in at the speaker, proceeded to wait in line for 12 minutes to get to the window and be told their ice cream machine was on a “cycle” and they couldn’t make our order and that we would have to cancel our order on the app. When I questioned the worker I got a “that’s what she says”. No offer to make us anything else and they were not going to refund me. So wasted twenty minutes of my life, paid for my order, and left with absolutely nothing. Now having to reach out to corporate to try to get my money back.

Some of the greeters and others are very rude. Not all of them. There were a couple of kids I got the vibe were hating on me. It’s very uncomfortable interacting now. It’s the only McDonald’s I can go to before work so I have to deal with it. Some simple orders get messed up. I think most just don’t care. The owner probably knows it’s the only McDonald’s around and that’s how they survive. As an owner I would never have my score this low in here.

I arrived at 1030 Monday night and was refused service and verbally assaulted by Celeste and Landry who were working at the time. Don’t come here unless you want to be explicitly yelled at. Very unprofessional by the night closer Celeste. I have called corporate and they are going to follow up with me. But wanted to leave a review to warn other people especially those with small children. This is NOT. A family friendly establishment and the workers will swear at you in front of your kids.

Winslow Maine 7/30/2025 12:26. Ordered a number 2c, 1/4 pounder deluxe with Medium fries and a medium diet coke. Got home, no fries and the burger looks like it fell on the floor and was just thrown in the box. $14 for a diet coke I guess. I even rounded up for the Ronald McDonald house.
Never had an issue here before. I probably won’t be going back after this crap.

This McDonald’s franchise always makes you wait when you order through the drive-through. It seems weather in the morning or at lunchtime. They’re incapable of making food in a timely manner. If you go here, expect to be parked or wait inside. A sense of urgency is unknown at this site.

Waited for over 20 min for order through drive through just to deal with a rep of the company swearing and cussing how she just got off break. Went inside to talk to a manager only to be told there was none on duty and she is still yelling obsinities in the back.

Caleb (with a K) was born a scholar and proved a gentleman. The only person to have provided me with a cheeseburger, a little extra ketchup, without drowning the burger in such an excess of tomato splooch as to better off call it a smoothie. I jest, but we pulled up 15mins to close and I got two of the cleanest, most well presented, and sauce balanced burgers of my 20 odd sum years at dining at this establishment. Give Kaleb a raise.
