The food at Grill 603 is inspired by my time in the restaurant industry on the eastern seaboard. I started working in restaurants at the age of 16. By the time I was 23, I was in charge of a bustling kitchen with more than 20 employees. As I moved up the corporate ladder and opened new restaurants, I realized my passion for this business. That passion was interrupted when my wife invited me to be her partner in a retail venture that lasted 12 years. Once that ended, I gravitated right back to food service. I started a catering operation for a Yacht Charter operation in Washington, DC. We just had one of the best seafood dinners we’ve ever had at Grille 603 in Milford, NH. The scallops literally melted in your mouth, and the haddock was perfectly flaky and so fresh. The shrimp were delicious with homemade cocktail sauce made right then and there. You can absolutely tell when care goes into the food and it showed in every single bite.
The drinks were amazing, and somehow we still had room for dessert… the bread pudding was incredible.
But what truly made the night special was our waitress, Renae. She was fabulous , warm, personable, attentive without hovering, and we never once felt rushed. She made our little date night feel relaxed and special.
We walked out genuinely impressed and so pleased. We will absolutely be back!

Grill 603 was unfortunately not what myself nor the people I went with thinking it will be.
First off, you get a Margherita in what’s more of a wine glass, No no no!!!
The person waiting on is had zero idea about any of the drinks nor food. Strike 2 and Strike 3 was the portions especially for the fisherman’s platter. It was very dry and one for more of the filler of fries than anything. I would suggest Grill 603 to focus on what they do best, remove things from the menu or simply do better.
The first visit was enough for me.

My wife & I stopped for an early dinner yesterday for the 1st time. We were both very happy & impressed with the excellent service, the specialty drinks(1each) and our meals. My wife had the chicken & I had the French Dip. Both came out hot, quickly & were very good, actually 1 of the best I’ve ever had. 5 stars 603 Grille & we’ll definitely be back.

Was meant to be a quick lunch for 5. We were seated in the back room. 2 of us ordered pastrami melts with onion rings. Served with oversalted fries. They later brought our rings which were so salty they were inedible. Had to fight off the fruit flies from my angry orchard cider. Won’t be going back since it doesn’t appear they clean out there often. There seemed to be around 4 years of cobwebs around the ceiling. They do make an excellent bread pudding.

Consistently excellent food and service. The special fruited fillet skewers with Spanish rice was a nice summer treat. Tender fillet of beef with mangos pineapple and onions .
The fish and chips continue to be excellent as well. Just lightly breaded with superior, French coleslaw.
When weather permits the patio is lovely for having dinner.

What a great restaurant. We live out of state (North Carolina) and always make it a point to eat here at least once when we visit southern NH. The food has never disappointed – it’s always been great. Two thumbs up!

Had a mixup on the date for a group of 18 for an after funeral repast…. We were expected the next day…. However the staff were gracious, efficient and professional… no worries… they fixed us up a delightful seating arrangement and we were served with no delay. Great experience

The bread pudding here is some of the best I’ve ever had.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to take it to the next level!
