Its a really clean environment. Your order is always on time. The staff is always friendly they treat everyone with kindness. There stuffed pizza and the Cowboy pizza is the best. There food is so fresh. I recommend Papa Murphy at Russell Square.

Papa Murphy’s team on S. Russell is prompt, courteous, and expedient. They’re always friendly when I walk in the door! Only once did I get home to discover one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. Good value overall. Crust tasted a bit like a frozen pizza, but we did stray slightly from the instructions. Will try again for sure. Would like to see an option to cook on my pizza stone instead of the dish it comes on.

Listen. I’m a Papa Murphy’s fan. They were my family’s go-to for Friday night pizza when I was growing up, and I’ve consistently gotten Papa Murphy’s for my family now that I’m grown.
But I can’t do this franchise anymore. As of this past weekend, I’ve had two separate experiences with them where I’ve picked up seemingly innocent, tasty pizzas, only to have both my wife and I become ill, wretched, and sleepless on account of them. I don’t know what it is, but I don’t want to pay for it.
I love Papa Murphy’s. But not so much that I will Papa Murphy’s knowing that I’ll end up huddled on my toilet at 2 AM, my head between my knees, wishing for death and a refund.

Strangest customer Service interaction I’ve ever had. The employees need some serious customer service training. I’ve worked retail and food service in the past and typically you’re given a “script” on somewhat how the exchanges should go. But apparently not here. Not only was I cut off placing an order on the phone instead of the typical “is there anything else I can get you today” they seemed annoyed when I was adding more, but they also didn’t ask for my name so had to search for my order once I arrived. They then asked if I was paying cash or card, then sat in silence, waiting for me to hand them my money, even though they had never told me my total. (Kind of need an amount to hand over the right bills.) I handed them a 50 assuming that would cover it. and asked what my total was. They still ignored me and handed me back $10. Then said nothing and just stared at me and shut the window. Unsure if I even received the right amount back. And to top it all of my pizza was messed up.
