The food was great and the prices are the best around. I wanted Hibachi and I received a huge platter of food. It included a salad which was just ok. It was basic iceberg lettuce and not the green kind. The appetizers were nice, we had spring rolls and a fried shrimp dish with mangos and green beans.
But, my favorite was the after dinner hot tea, a concoction of flowers and herbs steeped at the table. Delicious!!

Amazing sushi. Highly recommend it. We came in a little before their closing time and they still were able to accommodate us. Will definitely come back next time if I’m around the area

Dissatisfied. Take out roll was a mini portion for full price. Seafood Soup was a disappointment. More like vegetable soup that didn’t appear fresh.

We went to Kicho for dinner the first time tonight. We went here simply because it was very close to our home. Much to our surprise, we had a very pleasant evening. I ordered sushi and sashimi combo. My husband ordered Chicken Thai Basil. Both dishes were very good. The sushi and sashimi were very fresh. Our waitress, Nancy, was very attentive. Her service was exceptional. The price was reasonable and service was outstanding, therefore we will definitely be coming back.

A must try for locals! After 15 years of enjoying many great sushi spots on virtually every corner in NYC, I was excited find this little gem in Bedford! Quiet simple zen space with very kind and accommodating staff. I have ordered a multitude of hand rolls for carry-out on 2 occasions and have been very impressed, especially the Marine roll! I’m happy. Yum!

I am from Florida, but I when I visit Bedford Hills I always spend time in this restaurant, it is one of the best sushi restaurants around. Unfortunately, when I stopped in today, November 3, the restaurant is not taking orders anymore.

They went to phone orders because of COVID-19, apparently not enough business generated and they shut the doors, hopefully just temporarily. Great family business. The have not Updated their page of the changes.

Hit or miss at best. While I have had quite good sushi/ sashimi from there before (maybe 2/3 were good and last 3/4 were unacceptable), many orders are not acceptable. Tonight: the sushi sashimi combo was quite flavorless (frozen multiple times? poor quality…?), my octopus was so chewy I had to spit it out and throw them out, the miso soup tasted like dishwater. I am giving up on Kicho.

Poor quality ingredients. Barely any eel in the roll. Avocado were mushy. Worse than what they have at the grocery store.

Nice historic home turned into a restaurant. The downstairs where the restaurant is has been renovated but the upstairs where the restrooms are, have not been touched in quite some time. This place was huge when it was in fact a house. I came here during off hours to grab a bite before a job I had nearby. It was about 4:15PM and it was completely empty. Not a soul except a hostess (waitress) and the sushi chef. I was greeted as I walked in and was seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and took my order soon as she saw I was ready. I got the sushi deluxe and it came with a miso soup or salad. I opted for the soup, which was my only complaint with the the whole meal. For whatever reason they serve the miso soup with chopped pieces of lettuce in it. It wasn’t that much, but I’ve never had miso with lettuce in it and it was weird to say the least. Not a big deal but it was kind of a shock and I figured it was worth noting. Everything else on my plate seemed as fresh as can be and was delicious. I was in and out in about a half an hour and off to work I went. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would consider coming back if I’m in the neighborhood again.

AVOID!! we ordered delivery and they forgot 1 of 2 entrees. Food they did deliver was atrocious — went in the trash. Sushi was bland and tasteless, gyoza was soggy. And to top it off the staff YELLED at me when I called to complain. I have NEVER had such a pose experience with a restaurant ever. Do yourself a favor and skip Kicho — HORRIBLE!!!
