Be careful. Ordered an Italian Beef Dip combo today. Price on menu was $11.89, my card was charged $16.33. I called them out and cancelled my order. They did refund my card, but I’m disappointed. I drive by that location all the time, now I have to pass.

I got the turkey club. It was good, I liked it.
My brother got the beef and cheddar. He really liked it. I forgot to tell him it came with a sauce on it because he never does condiments. He said it was really good! I didn’t even mention the onion bits on the bread either. He didn’t even notice it, I don’t think!

We went through the drive thru TWICE to try and get our order correct. “But I didn’t charge you for those things!” Because you didn’t get it correct: the drink, the meal, nor the appetizer (jalapeños). Then come to find out they didn’t have my kids’ meals in there either. Then we get home and find that the stuff we did get was incorrect. I was extremely nice to this employee, but it was certainly not reciprocated. We examined the sandwiches we did get and there was a clear viscous small bubbly puddle in the center which I’m guessing wasn’t cheese in my Beef & Cheddar sandwich. You’ve been warned.

Ordered online. “Order ready in 5 mins.” Showed up in 10. Waited in drive-thru for another 10 just for 2 cars. Got to window. Couldn’t find my order. Finally paid. Got told my order wasn’t ready and had to pull up. Waited several more minutes for my food to be brought out. Forgot my drink. Waited 5 more mins for that. Order ready in 5 turned into 30 minutes.

Mobile order pickup. Went in to get it. Counted and it was correct before leaving until opening the sandwiches at work, two were wrong. Asked for ketchup and mayonnaise at the counter, watched the person put them into the bag. Got to our destination, no mayonnaise.
Look closely in the bag before leaving with an order to make sure it’s correct.

I drive for Uber Eats in my free time to make ends meet. By no means is that an easy job, either. Massive respect to the people who work full time doing that. When I walked in, there was a woman named Lisa behind the counter, and she was absolutely trashing Uber Eats and the people who drive for it. She was swearing, and calling the people who drove Uber Eats “lazy”, among other words I can’t put in a google review. On top of that, she was just plain rude, not only to me but to other customers in the store.

Just went through drive through, ordered 6 sandwiches and 6 fries. Ordering my food she stopped me mid order to make sure I knew they didnt have a deal, I hadn’t asked for one. $60 dollars worth of food, no problem. Sat at the window a good while with not a single person coming by, then a man stood by the passenger side of my car while I had my baby with me alone with money in my hand waiting to pay. The lady opens the window calls the guy up directly beside me between my window and hers to give him an order…closes the window walks away, then comes back and says ‘what do you need.’ I looked at her a little side ways and said I’m just waiting for my order….she had zero idea what I meant and asked the other lady and they all looked around confused. I was already super uncomfortable by her calling a random man up with all my money in my hands and window down. I drove off without my order. It had been a while since we had Arby’s and decided this would be a great treat. Whole experience was uncomfortable and slack. Do not recommend.

We were at this Arbys at Pine Hollow Road to pick up lunch we ordered on line. Food was horrible. The brisket sandwich was tough like it was left over from the day before and the other roast beef sandwiches were the same. I watched the lady make them and she slapped meat on rolls, wrapped them and just threw them forward. The Jamocha shake machine was not working and I ask for a refund and the lady said I got it working. My husband said it was terrible tasting. The fries were the only thing that tasted good. We won’t go back. Not fresh food!
