Don’t bother. Terrible service, food looks and tastes terrible and they can’t be bothered. We waited 10 – 12 minutes for fries (we weren’t told why we were needing to pull into a parking spot but after getting the food it was obvious it was because the fries were being cooked) but the burgers we got were not hot/looked smashed, bread was smashed and hard & just looked like it came out of a trash can. I don’t spend my time reviewing every crappy experience but this was so bad I had too.
My cup was broken/crushed at the top so lid couldn’t stay on so it spilled. When I asked for another new cup I was ignored at the window by one of the older ladies & she told a guy to help me-he had greasy gloves on which told me he wasn’t one prepping the burgers (this was while I was waiting for my food) and they forgot the barbecue sauce. The guy who replaced my cup was kind & helped me without issue. When another lady brought our food out (older/heavy set with gray short hair in a ponytail wearing a headset) she didn’t speak to us or even look at us. We asked if there was ketchup in there and she said “YES!” And kept walking. She was terrible. Just because this is Burger King that doesn’t mean you can treat people like crap or give them garbage. We paid and were polite and should have been provided with regular burgers and service. This place needs a new manager and staff. Until that happens PLEASE do not waste your money at this place unless you want to be treated terribly and be served food that looks like it has been sitting in a dumpster for a few days.

I have never seen a restaurant with such disregard for the customer!! Every single time I go there it takes them 30 minutes to bring me my food and that’s with absolutely nobody inside the restaurant!! They make you park in the parking lot and when they finally bring you your food it’s the wrong order !! This is the case every single time I go!!! Never changes !!

i really wish I could give zero start, i went in to order food at 8:55 pm on tuesday. The whole store was empty. A employee was sitting i the employee dining room he never offered to help me he made himself a drink and continued to ignore me as i was leaving J noticed another employee walking around the drive thru lane talking on his phone smoking i took photo which i going to post. Horrible place don’t ever go.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been in. The service is HORRIBLE!!! Here I am again WAITING!!! I placed an online order 20 minutes ago, and I’m parked in the Burger King parking lot waiting for 1 freakin whopper!!!!!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!! Empty drive thru, and I’m still waiting for 1 whopper!!!!!

It used to be a excellent place to get a good hot food and now it’s terrible! You have to 20 to 30 minutes for a burger that cold and it tastes old and hard to eat. The burger taste like cardboard now. The customer service isn’t any better. So it’s like this all the time no more from there I gave it a chance many times and it’s the same. Waste of money!

We went there on Christmas eve. No one taking orders inside or at the drive through and the employees were rude to my mother. I don’t recommend eating here to anyone. We left without eating.
