I don’t understand how hard it is to take a simple order. Literally just wanted two bean burritos with cheese. What I got is not what was ordered. This happens every time. Instead I got a bean and rice burrito saturated in hot sauce. This is why you work in fast food.

Went to Taco Bell and they put basically nothing in the taco’s. I went back into the store after I received the “tacos” and was told that that’s just how they come since there’s no lettuce. I asked for a manager and nobody got a manager so I waited patiently and the manager finally came and yelled at her coworkers making a big scene which was embarrassing about the lack of communication her coworkers had. She proceeded to tell me that was just how it comes meat and cheese only and that I would have to pay more to add extra so I had asked for a refund and she told me I couldn’t because the numbers didn’t match on the card from Apple wallet ( I only have one card) I showed her the charge and date and she told me to come back with the physical card so I came back the next day with the physical card and and she argued again that she couldn’t refund me and she got loud with me for no reason and I had no intention of arguing which was frustrating she proceeded to tell me I can’t get the refund and that she would “lose her job “ if she refunded it. I told her it’s messed that i didn’t leave with food nor a refund and she cut me off saying that I did and I was quick to say she could check the cameras and she told me fine but it would be made the same way. This Taco Bell location is the WORST location. This manager should retire immediately because she was very much unprofessional and it felt like she wanted to argue.

I was ripped off. No chips and half a cup of cheese dip Doesn’t count as nachos. And this is definitely not a taco supreme.

The food is not made like advertised. I got Mexican pizza & it was very far off having the toppings shown on website or pix on menu. I screen shot what pizza should look like. I asked for taco sauce and got two packs for food for three people. I had to ask twice while in drive thru to get more for all of us.

The MANAGER at the Taco Bell on Florida BLVD in Denham Springs, La was on her phone, touching her phone with those same gloves on and then handling the food after. I about puked. She made my food with contaminated gloves. I immediately threw my food away. DO NOT go here. There is no professionalism at all.
