Super cute shop with fantastic customer service … They were willing to customize several drinks to make them sugar free. The lattes were delicious! The kiddos loved the cookie donuts, and we hope to find this shop whenever and wherever they relocate to at the end of the month.

Been out to 80 Beans a couple of times now and I really enjoy them. Their specialty drinks are awesome, they have a large and well-varied meu, and the shop is decorated beautifully in an interesting green and black modern-ish setup. They have a drive through and a loyalty-type program through punch cards.
My favorite drink that I’ve tried is the Almond Joy, which tastes just like the candy bar! You also can’t go wrong with the Peanut Butter Cup. Both drinks are on the sweeter side, as that’s how I prefer my coffee. Can’t speak to how the less-sweetened beverages are, but I have faith that they’re yummy too!
Though the food menu is fairly limited, they have typical cafe type offerings (think pastries, bagels, simple sandwiches) as well as some more gourmet type desserts, like a cinnamon roll waffle, deep dish cookies, or an affogato. I’ve only had their grilled cheese to eat so far, and it was very good! Super melty and nicely toasted.
Prices are appropriate for the area, especially considering they’re a locally owned business.
My only small complaint is that the drive through can run a little more slowly depending on how busy they are, but I understand that they’re still fairly new and are probably understaffed in this current climate as well.
Overall, they’re definitely worth a trip over from the Huntsville area, especially if you want coffee on a Saturday afternoon (huge thanks to 80 Beans for being available for my caffeine needs!) Gurley is lucky to have them.

Great location for someone leaving Huntsville on the way out of town. For a small shop, the menu is robust as heck. Cappuccino was so smooth! Drive thru is an added bonus for a building that doesn’t look like it would offer it. Will be coming back next time we are in town!

This was a nice surprise gem of a coffee shop! It’s so clean, beautiful on the inside, chill environment, and such a kind staff! Their coffee blends are quite unique and taste fabulous. The food is fantastic! I got the pimento cheese sandwich with bacon, basil and tomato –highly recommend! The pimento isn’t the squishy gross supermarket kind, which was appreciated! The manager let me taste test first–excellent service. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad we went! It will definitely be my new haunt! The Hampton Cove area has been begging for a sit-down coffee shop forever –its just 8 minutes away in Gurley (not even a 1/4 mi after you turn right onto 72 from old 431). I can’t wait to go back! The Honey Bee and Blackberry Almond coffees were a definite win–excited to try more! 10 stars!

Very friendly staff, well organized, clean, and nice ambiance. Considering it’s the only option for 10 miles around, it’s great.
If I compare it with what I consider to be the standard, which is an extremely intense espresso as the base, then I wasn’t overly impressed.
I brought my friend that lives in Washington state to get his take on the flavor and we both felt it was just a little sub par.
However, given that we were comparing it to Pacific Northwest standards, where you have espresso stands every other block, it’s probably an unfair comparison.

This is a small, local coffee shop in a tiny shopping strip. IT IS SO GOOD! We got the Honey Bee and it was so delicious. We also got a cherry danish, cheese Danish, tie-dye bagel, and grilled cheese. All of it was so delicious. We have two very picky eaters who ate everything. That is just the food! The people of 80 Beans Coffee were some of the kindest, most accommodating people we have met. I will definitely be coming here again!

Absolutely amazing place! I stopped here on the way back from Woodville, AL and got the Peanut Butter cup drink and a grilled cheese with bacon. So delicious! Loved the vibe and interior design. Very clean and relaxing. The service was polite and friendly and I also loved that they had a drive thru. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
