I’ll start by saying that I don’t go to alot of waffle houses. I stopped at this one on my way to Florida for a quick lunch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and every employee had a smile on their face. I usually don’t see that at other waffle houses I’ve been to. What really stood out at this location was a server named Serena. She saw an elderly gentleman struggling with his utensils and took the time to go over and help him cut up his food. That’s a rare thing today and it gives me hope that there are still kind people in the world. Waffle House, thank you for hiring this wonderful person and Serena, thank you for being you!

The only thing I ate off this plate was 1 partial pork chop and that white thing is my second pork chop and my toast. This was not what I ordered. I was home already but the next morning 9/14/25 I took it back to show what I received and I was told bc you ate part of it it’s nothing we can do! Great job! Great first impression! This was the result after over an hour way for service because your cook had to take a 30min break. When he returned he had 20 orders waiting and that’s not exaggerating.

Maury made us an EXCELLENT breakfast for dinner, and Will and Revin were phenomenal servers. They paid extra care and attention to the three little ones we had with us (one year, 18m, 4.5y) and were so very attentive to all of us. Could not have asked for a better experience. Wow, what an amazing unexpected surprise! My husband and I were visiting our son in Statesboro for the weekend. One of his roommates expressed how she was craving Waffle House and wanted us all to go on Sunday for breakfast before we left. I have to admit that I was a tad bit apprehensive. I had never eaten at a Waffle House, and it didn’t seem like our usual Sunday brunch spots. Regardless, we decided we give it a shot. We arrived that morning around 12:30. The parking lot was jam packed along with about a 10-15 minute wait for our table. Once we were seated, our waitress (Elizabeth) promptly greeted us and was ready to take our drink order. My son and his roommate were starving and proceeded to go ahead and give her their food order, which included a ton of substitutions, deletions and special cooking instructions. I must say, Elizabeth handled their complicated order with ease and a smile.
Our breakfast arrived in a timely manner and within seconds of each other. We all ordered different variations of the “All-Star” breakfast. Everyone was in love with the hash browns…to the point that we ordered extra. Everything was fantastic… from the perfectly cooked bacon, eggs, scrumptious pecan chocolate chip pancakes and the delicious grilled biscuits and gravy. Outstanding! I can say that we definitely will be returning!

If you stop in ask for Katelyn. She is the young lady smiling. Katelyn was a pleasure, she will make your day. Heather & Serena was very outgoing. The place was very busy but these ladies took time to for us. Will be stopping by next tome I’m in town.

Really didn’t like the service from one of the employees very terrible service!! Could not believe it . The manager didn’t even comply . We waited 10 mins was going get take out coming in the door. Once the people got up from 2 tables we walked down from where we were to the 2 tables open . The dude started to clean tables stopped..we waited another 40 mins !! He ignored us went to customers that were still eating. Those customers got up and left and started cleaning that table and didn’t finish it. We asked him why and he informed us it was money on the table and he had to clean it. He didn’t clean it completely leaving now 3 tables dirty and we were still standing there as customers after waiting now an hr for seating. Then we asked for a manager which was pointless he basically watched the whole thing and took up for the employee making excuses . There was none at all totally no excuses whatsoever. The employee procrastinating to wipe the tables off then asked my father in law did we want him to serve us and father in law told him to just wipe the tables and kept stalling and saying the most unprofound things . Like provoking us to worked up . We cursed the man out and then so called manager had the nerve to say no cursing and we had to leave. The whole staff needs to be fired on this night shift it wasn’t even busy at the time mind you I said 3 tables were empty. I couldn’t believe it at all. Customers do not come first in this establishment at all!! Please be careful here. Does not deserve a star at all!!

I would like to start by saying that I am a Supervisor in the food industry for multiple locations and understand bad days .
The server that greeted us by the name of of Connie never once said good morning and was very rude .
She did not get the order correct which mistakes happen but the rudeness is not acceptable .
She argued with me on what I ordered as it was a very simple breakfast order .
The manager came to talk with me after I had to request then she stood and talked about my wife and I as we could hear to others .
This is not acceptable .
We saw reviews and that is why we came there for breakfast .
I would rate you a zero if it would let me .
We even tipped her when leaving but would have tipped more if she was not so rude .
I don’t think we will ever return to that location as we was visiting family and just went out to have breakfast .
