Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I don’t come here often cuz I’m not a big fan of it. I think it’s BS that you pay $4.39 for 1 Whataburger Jr with cheese for them to look like this thin as a sheet of paper and one has holes all in it and the other is missing a section off the burger. I bought 3 of them. What a rip-off. There was more bread than anything

I’ve had the worst experience with this Whataburger location. They have long wait times even when there’s no one and they have such bad attitudes. I’ve received cold food, missing items, and wrong orders. The first time I actually called them out there was a hair in the middle of my burger (disgusting.) This time my food was completely covered in oil and soggy. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but constantly being disappointed with their service is not worth the money being wasted there.

This particular store takes over 15 minutes for a simple WB Jr meal. Not once, not twice, on average. Employees were respectful and gracious btw. They’re just always backed up….don’t stop if you’re on lunch

Always takes forever to receive order if you’re not dining in, regardless of whether you pick up curbside or drive thru. I usually place large orders so I’m as patient as possible, but even on days when I’m order ONE meal, I will be sitting in curbside for over 20 mins. Not sure when they started dropping the ball because it wasn’t always like this, they used to be very good about getting you in and out quickly.

I just left the restaurant, i undrrstand the drive thru is closed but thats not an excuse for a 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME! Then to not even get asked for anything as complementary or anything. Also bagging the food wrong. I am a shift sup at another fast food restaurant. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Please do not get in the second lane of the drive through. We have been ignored. Literally saw 5 vehicles leave from the primary lane. Finally got my food and we are stuck because the poor guy in front of us doesnt have his food yet. Dont waste your time (literally), go to Mcdonalds.

This location has gone downhill since it’s opened. It’s mostly high school kids that work there so obviously there’s going to be some mistakes, but it’s getting so tiring having to drive back and forth because I forget to check my order and find half of my food missing. What’s worse is the kids or “managers” don’t care about their constant careless mistakes. They’re very apathetic and could care less about doing the job they are paid to do. Hopefully management (someone above 20 years old) can start changing this behavior since it starts at the top.
