Made an order online. (Burrito, three tacos and a burrito bowl) I got there early and an employee told me his coworker was working on my order. Sounded great. During the time he was making my order he never changed his gloves once when handling food and then touching his hat, face, hoodie…hair. Please teach your employees to change their gloves! While he was making my food, two other customers came in. While another employee took care of their order they came and went within minutes while I was still standing there 15 minutes later after I arrived. They ran out of taco shells, so the employee assisting me made fresh taco shells, then forgot about them in the deep fryer and burned them. He then had to make new taco shells which took another 10 minutes.
This is my primary location that my family eats at, but within the past three visits we have been highly disappointed. You forget about your previous experience until you go back again. This time I will remember because it was gross and will not be returning to this location. Do better please.

The food was delicious! We had kids taco, taco bowl and a stack, they were all done well.
The bathroom was not pleasant. It has a strong scent and wasn’t clean. The building needs lots of attention. There is a place right beside the restrooms where the wall is broken and you can see sunlight thru the wall and thru the side door. Which makes me question general cleanliness with insects and rodents

I haven’t eaten at Moe’s is quite some time but I have to say my Steak Homewrecker was very good! We also love the free chips and the guacamole is worth the extra money, it’s very good. My wife had a tofu bowl and enjoyed it as well. Overall we had an enjoyable and tasty experience here, definitely recommended.

This location is okay. So much better than the Hamilton location, but we still had some issues. I’m contemplating not ever eating at Moe’s anymore. It is just a lot to deal with every time.
I ordered online ahead of time, and gave them about 15 extra minutes because there was a lot of traffic at that time. When I arrived, my food still wasn’t ready, and in fact, they were out of a couple ingredients for our bowl, not even black beans.. really?
Anyways, after they finished our order we were missing a couple items and they checked a couple times before giving me what I was missing. It felt like I was lying to them, and it wasn’t their fault. Not cool at all.
The food was good, and they were pretty quick even tho my food should have been ready for long and that’s why I’m still giving them 3 stars but it could be better.
