When visiting my mother and brother we decided to get some Zaxbys for dinner. We ordered two 6 finger plates, a side of fries and a side of slaw. There seemed to be enough staff but it appeared fairly chaotic behind the counter. It took 20 minutes to get our order. We looked in the bag to see that they didn’t include the sides of slaw and fries. When I pointed this out to the young lady behind the counter she started working on it. That took another 5 minutes to get.
We arrived home to also find that they had shorted both plates and given 5 finger plates instead of 6. And due to the extensive wait everything was on the cooler side except the slaw which had managed to become warm.
A gentleman who had ordered his food for dine in had spoken with me while waiting for his order which he placed after me. He had finished and was walking out at the same time. He asked if I had ordered lobster.

*Ample drive through space
*Easy functional ordering system
*No errors in our food order
*Building is well maintained
*Food was good and as expected
Complaint:
*Only complaint is the line moves slow at the dinner time rush. Which I can totally understand because it was a popular spot on the weekend we went.
*Also, we don’t like when hot food is sat in the same bag as the salad

First time patron. The salads were great! However, we were surprised with the lack of cleanliness of the dinning area. Even though there was only one other person eating in, the tables weren’t clean, the drink station was a mess and the trash was full. It seamed like one of the counter workers could have cleaned up the lobby since there were no other customers in line. They were just chatting.

I let this slide 2 other times but this is it. I don’t know where you guys learned to count, but this will be my last time at this location. The food is already way over priced and this makes 5 wings I’ve been shorted by you guys. Not only this but the fries tasted like they were made an hour or more before purchased. Cold/stale was their sad state.

This zaxbys is so annoying. Terrible customer service and terrible at making orders correctly. And I have given them MANY chances to make this right. Every time I order from here I get items that are supposed to have sauce on them, but never get any sauce and if there is it’s a slight drizzle from the next room basically. Every time I have called to complain they say all they can do is for me to bring back the food for new food. Because I definitely want to drive all the way back just for them to make something right. Even when I order sauce on the side to make up for their laziness, they forget to put it in the bag too. They need to either figure out how to make food properly or offer better customer service. I have picture proof of this happening multiple times.

I was traveling and stopped at Zaxbys to try their food. There are none in Iowa. I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and it was excellent. First time in my life I ever ordered an item that looked just as good as the picture!! Will eat there again when in the area.

Extremely skimpy on orders. I ordered sauced tenders, they were dry barely any sauce on them. I also ordered extra fries to replace the coleslaw and they only gave me one portion of fries. Not worth the money. Won’t be returning to this Zaxbys location.

Zaxby’s has pretty good chicken. Sometimes the weight can be a bit long if you’re trying to go to the drive-thru, but for the most part it’s pretty good. The salads are as well. I don’t always go here, but anytime I ever want a good salad I really don’t mind driving the distance to get one because the salad’s here are more full in my opinion. So I hope you guys enjoy your meal.

I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich with extra fries and a cup of seasoning the chicken was tiny and I didn’t receive 5 ounces of fries let alone extra which is crazy considering I didn’t pay less for the meal I paid EXTRA and the cup of seasoning I received was wet on the inside which is UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING and not what I paid for. And to top it off they couldn’t be bothered to put the sauces in the bag. Absolutely disgusting that a manager could show up for a shift here and give this trashy service day in and day out

If I could give 0 stars I would. They made us wait 10mins for a grilled chicken sandwich THEN did NOT put the chicken on the sandwich. When we went back up there they asked” you just want the patty?” When we told them we wanted them to remake the food they slopped it together the fried were old and soggy same as the first one they gave us. This has happened MORE THAN ONCE! We have been giving it chance after chance and COMPLETELY UNHAPPY. A grand total of 20mins for one sandwich total not worth it.
