Stopped here with my partner to get some chicken tenders and blizzards. Service was good and quick! Food came out in no time, and tasted great! Place was clean, bathrooms were spotless. Definitely way better than when we visited last year. Will be back for another oreo blizzard soon.

This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.

We were there late but still received amazing service and the food was fresh and probably the best I’ve gotten from a dq in this town. It’s alot better than the other location and has a regular fountain machine instead of a coke freestyle. They do how ever only have half of dq signs as decorations and looked like a private party room!

A trainee took my order wrong and when I pointed the mistake out on the receipt the manager Della instantly proceeded to call me a liar over and over or as she put it “That’s what you ordered” and “I’m sorry for your mistake”. She then told me “I was listening the whole time. You did not order that.”. I ordered 2 sausage biscuit twin packs and 2 CHICKEN biscuit bowls. I understand if the newbie miss understood when I said it that way, but for the manager to instantly tell me I’m wrong because she had to do her job is insane. I even tried to point a mistake out before they made the food but couldn’t because they walked away for about 4 minutes to make the wrong food. I’ve been avoiding this dairy queen for months because of the terrible customer service and the first time I give them another chance they messed everything up and went even further with the worst customer interaction I’ve had all year.

So beyond disappointed in this place. 2 visits in a row have failed, the second visit was even to fix the first one. The first time they told me they had no gravy for the chicken, which I was bummed about but ok, and they completely left out my large order of cheese curds. When I called them later about the missing cheese curds they told me to come back and get them. I couldn’t go that night but I went tonight. Decided I would see if they had the gravy and get the chicken if they did. So they said they did and got the chicken basket and the replacement cheese curds. The cheese curds were only the regular size instead of the large but I was fine with that because I was going to eat my chicken. Get home, pull out the gravy and it SQUIRTS out of the lid. I had asked for 2 sides of gravy and they were just 2 containers of flavored gravy water, absolutely not gravy. It leaked in the box and made the fries and chicken soggy, they completely forgot the toast, which is fine as it would have just been soggy bread. Other then calling there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact anyone and I am too annoyed to call right now. How a manager thought it was ok to send that Easter out as gravy is beyond me, especially to a guest who you were already having to fix a screw-up for. As someone who spent years in management I would have never allowed my staff to send something like that out. If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it! Second time in a roll I have just thrown my money away.

Service has definitely gone downhill, I order the same thing every time I go chicken tenders and fries. It’s always a hit and miss either the tenders are burnt or overcooked and the fries are fresh or the tenders are fresh and the fries are brown and cold as if they were reheated from the previous day. You can always tell when your going to get cold fries when they hand you your order in less than a few minutes of being at the drive through window. I’d rather wait an extra 5-10 mins for fresh food than to get home and waste not only my time and money on food that isn’t edible.

Cold food my toast is not toasted it just butter fries are vey cold and for got extra gravy and we asked to have hole order to be remade and they refused then asked to have a refund and they refused I’m very pissed about this
