Get the taco salad! AKA my kid wanted a taco salad, so we got her lettuce, tomato, and chili she did love it.
Otherwise this was an OK enough Waffle House but I suspect the crew is all new. Our food (hashbrown bowl, sandwich, chili, waffle) came out one at a time, so we each ate separately basically. The hashbrown bowl came out wrong as the waitress had written it down wrong (per her once husband said he doesn’t eat jalapeños) AND the chef slammed the fridge door once she told him he had to make it again. Then when I got a to-go box, it was handed to me with soap around half the rim I was ready to just go so I didn’t even say anything about it. Honestly the waitress seemed really nice but just kind of not a go-getter. Maybe she will figure out waitressing and be great at it one day.

I must have arrived just after the morning rush, or they’re short staffed today, because only two tables were occupied but EVERY table, including booths and the counter were piled with dishes. I went ahead and took a seat at the counter but it felt like a good 10 minutes before one of the ladies came to clear it and take my order. And apparently they’re short on some key items because my hash browns all the way were a little light on the all the way. I could tell the ladies working were exhausted, so I’m thinking they just need to hire more staff. One more person could have made all the difference.

Good food…. Did a 34 at the loves and it sure beats subway…. One downfall is that the food WILL make you spray water out your rear cavity, if you catch my drift….. But well worth it…. So if you’re road tripping, be aware of this…..

Worst experience ever in a Waffle House and that’s for a customer who always eats here and travels around the US, waiter “TY” was unbelievably disrespectful, rude, and acting very smart.
She needs to be fired or talked to ASAP no reason to treat a customer like that, especially if I didn’t do anything for her to be rude to me.
Also food was disgusting and burned.
Cook “Jordan” needs to be talked to as well.
Lastly this is how they gave me my hash brown after asking for “well done” they took it from me and gave it back to me like this.

Walked in with my three friends on 7/20 before 8:30 pm. Nobody’s eating in there. Staff just says “I’m sorry, we’re not taking any more orders right now.” I’ve never been turned down from a Waffle House — much less an empty one that’s a 24 hour location. Really weird vibe. Maybe just lock the doors if you aren’t letting people eat and it’s empty inside???
