I stopped by Burger King this morning through the drive-thru for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and some French toast sticks, and it was a great start to the day. The food was exactly what I hoped—hot, fresh, and satisfying.

What really makes this location stand out is the morning manager—they’re absolutely the best part of the early morning experience. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming, they make the drive-thru run smoothly and put a smile on your face before your first cup of coffee.

If you’re looking for a quick breakfast with excellent service, this Burger King is definitely worth a stop.

Has to be the worst run BK I’ve ever been to by far. It’s half an hour past opening time, per the sign in the door. Doors locked. Employees outside in back just chit chatting (smoke break maybe, I don’t know). Employees inside and outside of restaurant saw me. No one opened the door. No one offered an apology or excuse. This has happened, not just once or twice, but multiple times. I have stood at the counter several times for 3-4 minutes before anyone comes from the back to take my order despite being seen by another employee. I once managed a fast food restaurant. This is extremely poorly managed. If I was the manager, they would all be fired.

I’m tired of getting pulled forward to wait for my food just to watch an empty drive through. To help with the drive through times? Aren’t they supposed to reflect the actual traffic and wait times? Seems like cheating to me. They’re getting to be as bad as McDonald’s. 9 out of 10 times I have to go inside anyway to get something that was left out of my order. The allendale location is the only one that I haven’t consistently had a problem with.
