First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. First Watch has quickly become one of my go to breakfast spots for one simple reason: consistency. Every visit delivers the same fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and relaxed atmosphere that make starting the day here genuinely enjoyable.
On my recent visit, the service stood out just as much as the food. Marcus, my server, was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. He checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he takes pride in making the experience smooth and comfortable.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or sitting down for a slow morning, First Watch nails it every time. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, warm & inviting environment and experience. We had come from another local brunch location who refused to seat us because we didn’t have a reservation. Our server Krista was phenomenal. She was so kind and attentive. Gave us wonderful suggestions and made the experience top notch. I initially experienced an issue with a pickup order placed through DoorDash, including confusion at pickup, a longer-than-expected wait time, and some inaccuracies in the order. While this was frustrating at first, what truly stood out was how professionally the situation was handled afterward.
After contacting the restaurant, Michael Shaver, the General Manager, was incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic. He took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely wanted to make things right. A few days later, I received a handwritten note along with gift cards sent directly to my home, which was an unexpected and very thoughtful gesture.
This level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. I truly appreciate how the situation was resolved and will definitely be returning to First Watch. It’s reassuring to know they have a management team that truly values their customers. ⭐️⭐️

First time here and was pleasantly surprised to find such an eclectic diverse menu for a chain establishment. Prices were very reasonable, especially for Delray Beach. I ordered the Parmesan Prosciutto toast, with a side of potatoes and coupled it their million dollar bacon. You can read the attached pic of the menu for a description, but both were outstanding. My wife ordered the ricotta pancakes and while good, they were over cooked, to where they broke apart upon cutting them. These really should have been moist, like the way the park tavern does them. All in all I wouldn’t definitely return to try other menu items

To say the least, I had a tremendously exceptional experience. Marcus did an amazing job providing wonderful service to my family and I. The food was beyond fresh. He was quick, friendly and energetically positive! When I am back in Boca, I am dining here again, for sure. This experience is the definition of true Floridian Hospitality.
