Been here before and been satisfied. Food been good service good and cleanliness good. However on this kast visit service was somewhat quick but not too friendly or genuine. Place was not too clean and could use some cleaning of tables and dining area. Seemed there were about 5 workers all gathered behind the counter but not enough proactiveness. The steak was not fully cooked or seasoned, it was chewy and could stomach eating anymore as I only ate half the burrito.

Went in and ordered kids tacos for $5.60. These come with 1 protein and 2 sides but you can make one of the sides extra meat for an extra charge, so I did. Got the receipt and they charged me $5.35 for extra streak! According to google, the extra charge for this order is around $1 normally. What a rip off – $11.90 total for a scoop of chicken, a scoop of steak and a scoop of beans.

Meal was decent, however, the white lettuce that i encountered while eating was no good. It was sour and tasted artificial. I went home and began feeling incredibly sick. Make sure to request normal lettuce when you go. Will not be returning!

But because it is the closest location to my work, I decide to order lunch here. I did my usual online order and I knew from the second I picked up my bowl from the bag, they did their usual and barely even gave me any food. I paid $15 to receive not even the full amount for a normal bowl (and I ask for extra everything besides meat)!
I attempted to contact customer service online, but all the was offered to me was a BOGO offer. So they’re expecting me to pay another $15 to get the correct order?? I tried to ask for just a refund since my bowl was disgusting (literally just a soupy mess of green chili) and wasn’t even correct. But was told this is all they can “offer” me. Absolutely ridiculous and worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Food was good, not great. The staff was friendly, but outside of taking our order had very little interactions with any of the guests.

I arrived earlier than my online order was ready only to watch them correct my order from a bowl to a burrito. One the one hand it’s probably more food than would’ve been in the bowl, but was messy (inside and out) and I was unable to eat in true burrito fashion.

They seemed annoyed they had to serve us. Also, we had a coupon and they stuff they couldn’t take it. I understand the QR reader wasn’t working but I had a code. She told me, that’s not how it works. We only went there because I had a coupon. I wish we didn’t. The restaurant was pretty dirty too.
