Wings are well cooked and juicy. I don’t know why it’s little bitter ( without sauce). Store decoration is good . Front cashier is friendly.
But they can make it more tasty by 1. Reducing salt and 2. Proper oil filtration.

I ordered a Chachis Bowl through DoorDash, and I was really disappointed with my experience. The order arrived late, and when I opened the food, it didn’t look or smell fresh. The chicken was dry, tough, and had a bad odor, as if it had been sitting out for a long time or was old. The overall quality was poor, and the meal didn’t taste good at all.
I was really looking forward to this meal, but unfortunately, it was inedible, and I had to throw it away. I’m very disappointed given the price and wait time.

The front cashier is super friendly and pleasant to speak too.
Food: Wings are great and will try again.The fries that comes with wings are very soggy if you’re doing a take out. Tried the Spaghetti as well and it was okay.
Word of Caution: Some sauce for the wings comes with peanuts that looks like chopped garlic. No warnings were given or posted as far as I remember.
Will go back for Wings only.

We visited Chachi’s Halal with 6 friends around 12:47 PM and didn’t get our food until 1:13 PM. Only one person was working, taking orders and cooking. He was doing his best, but the wait was long and a few customers ended up leaving. It was also pretty warm inside — definitely needs AC or better ventilation.
We ordered mozzarella sticks (really good!), chicken and lamb platters (just okay, meat wasn’t hot), 2 Chachi’s Special Wraps, a Zinger Wrap (we couldn’t finish them), and a meatball pasta — which my friend said was average.
Before we left, we asked the guy, and he said there are usually two people working — the second staff member arrived just as we were walking out.
The effort from the staff was there, but the place needs better staffing, faster service, and more consistent food to improve the overall experience.

I had the spicy diabolo. The seasoning was terrific, the sauce was tasty with a slight heat, the pasta was well done. The only reason I gave a 3 instead of a 4-4.5 was there was too much grease. Gotta fix that.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I placed my order at 12:30 PM for a 1:00 PM pickup, but didn’t receive my food until around 2:05–2:15 PM. Waiting over an hour to an hour and a half for a pickup order is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
When I finally got my food, the fries were bland and dry, and the smash burger was burnt. The only thing I’ll give credit for is the wings — they were actually good. But overall, the quality didn’t match the long wait time.
Very dissatisfied and upset with this experience. I hope the restaurant improves both timing and food consistency.

To the owner: DO BETTER. Only one person working on a Friday night, all orders are delayed, everything is backed up, cause the poor guy has to man the register, cook and attend to customers, all at the same time. This is unacceptable to both the worker and the customers.

Sadly, the food was horrible. The burger tasted old and unpleasant, and the fries were stale as well. The taste and smell were both way off. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. On top of that, the guy was pretty rude, with no smile or customer service skills. It also took a long time to get the food. Overall, it was not worth the money.
